Elevators were out except one when we arrived. Parking passes are too expensive.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We are so sorry the elevators were limited when you arrived, as we know how frustrating that is after a long drive, especially with luggage in tow. We also hear you on the parking pass cost and have shared your comments with our team. We are glad you chose the Phoenix Gulf Towers and hope for the chance to give you a smoother arrival next time. Everyone loved it. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beach view was awesome. The big tv was nice on which to watch the Tide roll. The condo was much closer to the beach than we usually experience. The weather was perfect.
