Relax and rejuvenate in our cozy resort condo less than half a mile from the shores of Lake Taneycomo. Just a short 10-minute drive from Hwy 76 'Strip' and a convenient 20-minute drive from Silver Dollar City (depending on traffic, of course!). Nestled within the secure, gated Pointe Royale Golf Village neighborhood.

*Dog must be crated anytime it is left alone at the property.
*Dog must be on a leash at all times when outside the condo and waste picked up and disposed of.
*If there are any disturbances reported about your dog (barking, excessive scratching, etc) you will be asked to board your pet or vacate the property.
*If your dog causes any damages, you will be charged.

The property was clean and had a lovely view from the back patio. The beds were comfortable. There was a strong cat smell outside the front entrance and a smoke smell inside the home. The location is convenient to the clubhouse and other amenities.

Great place to spend with family! The place was super clean and stocked with everything you need to stay comfortable. The host was very responsive. I wish we had more time to explore all of the accommodations the golf resort has to offer, but I guess we will have to book it again!

The view from the unit was lovely. We enjoyed the table and chairs on the patio every day!! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prep a couple meals a day. My daughters enjoyed watching the outdoor cats each day that live in the neighborhood. We utilized the golf course, pickleball courts, pool, and the community walking paths. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioner and ceiling fans worked well, and it was very clean. We highly recommend this unit to anyone!

Our stay was great. Excellent view, peaceful. Bottom floor of 4 unit building. Check in was easy, ample parking and pet friendly. They had coffee and a coffee maker available and a pet kit with bowls on top of the fridge. Updated appliances. According to the listing we apparently stayed in the guest room but it had the access and view off of the balcony. We would definitely book again.

Condo was very clean with a great view with a huge patio. Golf course was amazing with a great stay and play discount. Host replied to messages within 30 minutes. Only negative thing was completely out of host control was, upstairs neighbor sounded like they were dragging furniture across the floor very late at night almost every night. Other than that the stay was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again. The view really is the best dam view!

Family Getaway

The condo was very peaceful. The view was amazing! A great place to sit on the balcony and drink coffee in the morning. The housekeeping had left coffee filters which I forgot when I brought coffee. That was nice. It was relaxing, quiet, and wonderful. The beds were soft with lots of pillows. Nice work desk for checking emails. The TV was a challenge with 4 remotes for 1 TV but my granddaughter was able to help. I would stay again.

The condo was spacious! Unfortunately, the hot water tank was not large enough to accommodate 4 guests to take showers back to back. The lighting is very deam through out inspite of several lamps in every room. Location is convenient and the view is grand.
