This property absolutely exceeded expectations. It is beautiful and was the best stocked VRBO that we have ever stayed in. This was a fabulous way to enjoy the beach and pool and other ritz carlton amenities with small children. Kitchen helped with kids. I did not realize that 2nd bedroom replaced livingroom, but we made it work.

This is an UNSAFE unit!! The unit had black mold on the walls, inside the fridge, and probably all inside the air ducts. When we mentioned this to the owner they came and quickly wiped it but if you know how mold works you know it is deep inside the HVAC system and walls. We had headaches inside the unit. Also WHILE we were staying in the unit the owner decided to FUMIGATE the entire unit for pest control. The cabinets are falling off their hinges and overall just a dirty unit. We left after the first night and got a room at the Ritz hotel which was far far nicer and better

Great property at the Ritz Key Biscayne. Check-in process was easy. Host was great answering any questions. My family of five comfortably slept in the two story property. Rental came with full access to the hotel’s amenities including pools, beach and hotel car to get around.

I have lost count of how many times we have stayed in this property (I am a former local and we appreciate the quieter, family friendly area) and this is my very favorite unit of them all. The layout is perfect for our family of 4 and I feel like the views have more to look at than the straight ocean views. Host answered questions right away. Would love to stay again.
