We have been married 20+ years, have two college-age kids and are now pretty much empty nesters. We love outdoor adventures and traveling the world. New to hosting as we've primarily used our 2nd home as a weekend getaway - but looking forward to welcoming those who want to explore the beauty of Winter Park, Colorado!
Why they chose this property
We love the laidback vibe of Winter Park and Fraser. With year-round activities like hiking, mountain biking, stand-up paddleboarding, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and more, we never get bored. Add the great breweries, restaurants and entertainment all accessible via the FREE town bus, and we never want to leave.
What makes this property unique
Moose Manor is part of Grand Park's new development built with the highest quality materials including 10' ceilings and 8' solid-core doors throughout. Enjoy two spacious decks, one off the main floor with a Weber grill and seating for dining outdoors, the other 3rd story deck with 6-person hot tub, fire pit and views for miles and miles. You'll be ultra comfortable snoozing on high-end mattresses and luxury bedding, you can cook gourmet meals in the spacious kitchen with all the spices and cookware you will need, and then don't miss the theater room on the 3rd floor equipped with projector and Bose speaker for your giant-screen movie-watching pleasure.
