Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The unit includes parking for a max of 3 vehicles. STR license # 008554.

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The condo has lots of provisions for coffee, hot chocolate, and apple cider packets. The location is great and you can easily walk to the shuttle. Since we are from New Orleans, we loved the Mardi Gras decorations too! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view of the ski mountain. Our family enjoyed the easy walk to the base and the summer activities. The shuttle could have taken us but it was so close we walked. We did use the shuttle to go to town. That was easy and convenient. The home is well appointed and has everything you need in the kitchen. Comfortable beds. We would stay here again.

Beautiful comfortable property near Winter Park Reairt

We loved this home and will definitely be returning. It is has comfortable en suite bedrooms and common areas with a lovely view of the mountains and is a 5 minute drive from the resort. Wonderful holiday property!

Great condo. Close to the lift, its a hike up the hill but once your over the hill you are only 2 minutes from the lift, probably a 8 minute walk in total. Clean place, very spacious. I would stay here again.

Amazing location....beautiful condo.

We decided on a last minute one night trip to WP. I have to say we would rent this for a full week no problem. The location is perfect (no buses required to get to the Gondola) and the house is well situated and is perfect for a larger group.

4 adults 4 teenagers fit perfectly with privacy for each group. Easy access to Winter Park Resort and Town of Winter Park. We came to escape the Texas Summer heat!! The place was in great shape and have everything you needed to cook and entertain. We would definitely return!

We had the best time at this sweet spot. So many extras here. Cozy and beautiful. It's a short walk to the bus or you can walk to the resort. The home is well stocked with everything you need for cooking and there were nice treats left by the owner. The beds are comfortable great heat. We loved our stay and hope to go back soon.

Loved the stay. Dozens of hummingbirds throughout the day feeding on the balcony. Lots of stairs in the 3 level home. The train nearby is the only detractor from the propert and our sleep. Lovely home.

We loved this place. So completely comfortable, a well stocked kitchen and beautifully furnished. We had everything we needed. They had sleds and a great sled hill across the street. We hardly needed to drive anywhere. The ski resort is right out the window. We walked to the resort a couple of times even though the bus is right down the street. Great steam shower and comfortable beds. The kids loved the roomy bunk room and their own bathroom. Fun times had.

Great location to all the Winter Park activities

Only downside was there was construction of new units right outside, so we had loud noise and reverse beeping noises from 6am-8pm everyday. Bad timing for us i guess. Luckily we spent most of the day away from the condo doing activities.

Amazing stay in a great place

Upon walking into the home, the Christmas decorations (and the gift left by the owner) were the start of an amazing stay. The chalet was perfect for our two families. The home is stocked with everything you need to cook, including two crock pots, great pans, spices/oils, and condiments. All the bedrooms had extra blankets and pillows and the beds were comfortable. The location of the home to the mountain was ideal. The kids loved playing on the snow-covered hill right off the ski run and the skiers loved taking the hill home for lunch and at the end of the day. Overall, great place and I highly recommend.

Easy Vacation!

This condo had the best appointed kitchen of any place I have ever stayed! Salt, cooking oil, coffee filters, even mayo and mustard in the refrigerator! It was very clean and easy to access. Location was close to the Lift bus and Winter Park Resort. We were also VERY close to the Amtrak train tracks, and that was a nightly 3 am noise, but it honestly isn't any different if you were staying at Winter Park Resort- the train is still close to those lodgings as well. The access to Xplorie free activities was a bonus and allowed to have some fun free experiences while we were there (white water rafting, horseback riding, mini golf and beautiful 18 hole golf as well).

We had been looking forward to this trip all year. Unfortunately my family got Covid four days before we were supposed to fly to the property. We alerted the host to see what our options were. After the initial response, all of my messages to ask ask about rescheduling and options went unanswered. The host had taken our money and wouldn’t respond further about a cancellation or request for date change as we were devastated we couldn’t fly to CO due to being sick. It is so disappointing, disgusting someone could be so rude, selfish and have such greed to not even respond to an email or provide any communication after taking thousands of dollars. I caution anyone is thinking about renting this property to know the host has no respect or care for their clients, all they care about is your money.
