Spacious, secluded cabin

Sunrise Getaway Cabin is the perfect place for a family getaway or time spent away with friends. If you're looking for a getaway at a quiet, rural cabin with an amazing view of the sunrise; this is the place to be! Enjoy quiet days and star-filled nights as you relax with all the amenities you need to make you truly feel like you're on vacation. An open floor plan allows everyone to hangout together in comfort.

The property is home to a 3/4 acre spring-fed pond which has several varieties of fish. Bring your own pole and appropriate fishing gear and see who can catch the biggest bass! Catch and release fishing only please.

We're located near the Chautauqua County snowmobile and horse trails and our cabin is closest to the Boutwell Hill trailhead. We are also conveniently located between Fredonia and Jamestown. We'd be happy to share some local attractions and restaurants to check out during your stay with us!

First Floor: Bedroom 1 - one queen bed
Second Floor:
Bedroom 2 - one single twin bed; bunk with single bed on top and full size bed on the bottom
Bedroom 3 - one queen bed; bunk with two single beds
There's also a toddler bed in each bedroom upstairs

This cabin has two full size bathrooms, one on each floor.

Fun Vacation

We had a great stay at the cabin. It had everything we needed for a nice long weekend. The pond was well stocked and fishing was fun. Large open floor plan downstairs made hanging out very comfortable. Plenty for the kids to do and a great kitchen for cooking meals. We all agreed that the photos dont do this place justice. Thanks for sharing your home with us, we would stay again!

This cabin was MORE than perfect for our family stay!! The pictures don't do it justice on the space, the scenery. The communication with the host was immediate! Everyone had room to sleep and hang out! The kids got to fish! And the thoughtfulness of having family necessities you wouldn't think to pack were above and beyond! I'd like to come back during fall or even winter! Do not pass this one up!! Great cabin, great host, great price!!! Loved it!!
