About this property

Villa with 4BR/3BA, Pool, Guest House and Bikes in Prime Area

Our home includes a main house, art/music studio and guest cottage which surround a center courtyard with a large deck, concrete dining table, lawn, pool, lbocce court and olive orchard. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full recently remodeled bathrooms. Master bedroom has a Cal King bed and private bathroom with dual sinks. Second bedroom has a Queen bed. Third bedroom has twin beds. There is an office adjacent the twin bedroom. Our home is reminiscent of a tuscan villa, with rustic wood floors, and a large country farm table. The kitchen has concrete countertops, new stainless steel appliances, a country farm sink, and is fully stocked with all modern amenities. There is a breakfast nook and two person bar adjacent the kitchen, perfect for guests to mingle while preparing dinner. The kitchen opens up to the great room with living area, dining room, and gas fireplace.

Living/dining room patio door opens up to courtyard with large deck for barbecuing and outdoor dining. There is a concrete table for 10 under olive shade trees, and a built-in charcoal barbecue.

The separate 1 bedroom/1 bathroom cottage features wood and tuscan tile floors, TV, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, queen bed, air conditioning, and a private deck/patio overlooking the bocce court and olive orchard.

There is a 800 sq. ft. open studio with art table, stage, guitar, karaoke machine, keyboard, ping pong and foosball table.

The saline pool stays warm in the summer with a thermal cover.

We have 6 Cannondale hybrid bikes of various sizes with helmets and locks for you to enjoy during your stay.

The property is located on Sonoma's East Side, complete with a rich variety of vineyards and wine tasting, including Gundlach Bundschu, Buena Vista, Scribe, and Sebastiani. Sonoma Square is a flat 1.5 mile bike ride or stroll away. The Lovall Valley Loop is a great road bike ride just outside our front door. There is NO air conditioning in the main house. We keep it cool on hot days by keeping curtains closed during the day, and opening the windows to the typically cool Sonoma nights.

Check in (after 4pm)/out (before 11am) is weekdays only. We have a strict neighborhood 9:30pm loud noise curfew.

Wow, what a gem in the heart of Sonoma! Super cute, very conveniently located and with lots of space. The guest house and game / art studio spaces are a total bonus. The grounds are fantastic. Host is very welcoming. We enjoyed ourselves very much. The fireplace is very cozy and warms up the whole living room. The property has a lovely olive grove with bocce court in it. The pool area would be lovely in the summer. We enjoyed playing ping pong in the recreation building. Sonoma is very close by and the area is beautiful. I would stay here again. We especially liked being able to host some of our family in the casita which afforded more freedom and privacy.

The house was beautiful and in a great location. Perfect for a weekend of food and wine!! Janelle was always quick to respond to any questions. The home is well equipped with a number of fun activities to engaged in. Unfortunately, it is winter now so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool or bicycles. But we did enjoy the garden, played bocce ball, foosball and ping pong. We brought our own games but noticed a cupboard that housed every game imaginable. Would definitely stay again, this house has a lot to offer.

It's a beautiful and spacious property. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed to make dinner, including sharp knives which is a rarity. It sadly rained all weekend, so we did not get to spend enough time in the gorgeous yard or use the bicycles provided to get to the wineries that were in easy walking/biking distance like Gundlach Bundschu and Buena Vista wineries. Downtown Sonoma is a 6 minute drive to great restaurants, shops, and live music. Sonoma's Best Mercantile has coffee and pastries, savory breakfast, and sandwiches a few minutes drive from the house. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

This property had everything! The provided photos show luxury and fun and that is what you get! The gathering areas are spacious and beatiful! A dinner outside under the olive trees are a must at the end of an afternoon of swimming and playing all the fund games on property. Whatever group you have you can't go wrong staying here!

Sonoma is the best example of unspoiled country living in close proximity to San Francisco and all the Bay Area has to offer. While many great homes are located up in the hills and more isolated parts of Sonoma, we love the location of this property. It's just close enough to everything while being a very peaceful setting.

What makes this property unique

Sonoma Square, which is close by, is filled with great restaurants and shopping. Lovall Valley Road is one of the best bicycling routes in the Sonoma area. Sonoma wine tasting is some of the best the wine country has to offer.
