3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at this private, quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Pool, hot tub, sun chairs, umbrellas, outdoor heated shower, fire pit, a well-equipped kitchen, a working fireplace.

Located atop Lomita Estates just 1.25 miles northwest of the historic Sonoma Plaza, this wonderful retreat features everything you'll need for a long weekend or even longer family get-together.

Views and stunning scenery greet you from every angle. Nestled at the top of the city, there are only trees, vineyards, birdlife, and foliage to stare at home on a 1/2 acre.

Dine outdoors under stunning market lights in the evening.

Pool heating: the pool is solar heated (April through Oct) via Solar Panels on the roof of the home. The pool temperature fluctuates with the weather and the solar system averages:

Perfect Sonoma Getaway

Amazing house in a great location

Michael and Brad’s hospitality is unmatched! The property was gorgeous and truly included any and all comforts of home you could imagine and more! Our stay was beyond expectations! The property was great; the views amazing and a super backyard space which provided the perfect gathering space at the end of the day. Sonoma stay

We came to Sonoma for 3 days as part of a family vacation to CA. Michael and Brad were extremely accommodative hosts. We have stayed in rental properties many times in the past but this was by far our best experience to date. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again on another trip to Sonoma/Napa.

We are Michael & Brad (& Stella). We live in San Francisco which is a little more than an hour away and we just love spending long weekends at our Sonoma Retreat. We are experienced hosts having had a cottage in San Francisco for more than 7 years. We believe we know what travelers like and the information they need. The most common feedback and greatest compliment we consistently get from travelers is, "Wow, you've thought of everything."

We have lived in San Francisco for nearly 25 years and have been part-time up in Sonoma for four. We looked at dozens of properties to purchase in Sonoma and the surrounding areas and none offered everything we wanted from this unique estate. We love this property, its amenities, the location, and the serenity it provides, and trust you'll enjoy it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

Only minutes away from everything you need, but you feel as though you're 100 miles from civilization when you're on the property due to the amazing views, hillside, birdlife, and privacy the property provides. Many afternoons have been spent sipping beverages, throwing our kids in the pool, or cozying up with a good book.
