Welcome to Splash 102W. Welcome to paradise and one of the world's most beautiful beaches! We hope that you enjoy your stay, and find our condo to have everything you need to have the most enjoyable time possible! Below are some of the highlights that you'll enjoy with our condo.
Unit is located on the lowest floor of Splash. The views of both the ocean and beach are gorgeous from the spacious balcony, and staying on the lowest floor allows you easy access via stairs if you didn't want to wait for the elevator during the busy months!

With all of the pools, kids 'splash' areas, lazy river, poolside bar and oh yes....the gorgeous beach; you are sure to enjoy every minute of your stay here. Located conveniently on Front Beach Road, you are only minutes away from restaurants, shopping and entertainment (Pier Park) sure to fit everyone's taste. Our unit is located on the lowest floor of the west building, so your time spent in the elevator is minimal allowing you more time to enjoy all Splash has to offer. Enjoy!
What makes this property unique
You will find that being on the lowest floor of Splash is a very nice benefit! Even though you are on the lowest floor, you are still three stories up -- giving you fantastic views without the long elevator wait. Also, our unit comes with two beachfront padded lounge chairs & umbrella reserved for our tenants between March 1st - October 31st. Now you don't have to rush down to the beach to get that perfect spot, because we have already reserved it for you! So sit back, relax, and enjoy every minute of your stay here at Splash 102W. Oh, and don't forget to tell your friends!
