After a day filled with brand-new adventures, head inside the professionally decorated interior of Cottonwood Breeze and get comfortable. Underneath the vaulted ceilings in the living room, you can enjoy warming up by the heat of the fireplace and visiting with the people who mean the most to you. There is central heating and a humidifier for additional comfort and convenience. The gourmet kitchen and formal dining table are well-prepared to host many family-style meals.
Follow the home's effortless flow into each of the bedrooms and bathrooms, well-decorated, bright, and boasting ample storage space. Remote workers will appreciate the office space available in the basement, as well as, the desk area in one of the bedrooms.
For the little ones of the group, appreciate having access to amenities like baby gates, children's games, a high chair, and kids' car seats. But the perks don't end there, also inside, you'll be pleased to find designated winter recreation storage in the garage, two adult bikes, and a plethora of hiking equipment. Snowshoes and cleats are provided for walking on the golf course in the winter.
Outside, listen to the serene drizzle of the creek while lounging, reading, or sipping. As evening begins to fall over the mountains, fire up the gas grill and host a barbecue before heading for the bubbling warmth of the private hot tub.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
