A beautiful alpine setting awaits at this three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home in East Vail, conveniently and scenically located less than four miles from Vail Village. Enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and the waterfalls of East Vail, as well as a new private hot tub outside on the deck to soothe your tired muscles after a day of skiing, hiking, or mountain biking. Make yourself at home in 1,800 square feet of living space, complete with a large kitchen, a gas fireplace in the light-filled living room, and bedroom mattresses that were recently replaced in January 2018. Leave your vehicle in the single-car garage or the two-car driveway and hop on board the free ski bus, which runs every 15 minutes into Vail in winter and stops right outside the complex. This home will truly seem like your own home when you come to stay.

Large 3-bedroom condo with hot tub = awesome for families

Spent a few days at this condo in March 2024 to ski with my boyfriend and his two teenaged kids. It was perfect - spacious, with a private hot tub and a big couch for lounging. Kitchen is well-stocked. Loved the garage and off-street parking for two cars. Shuttle to the resort stops just steps away. The appliances are a bit old and there are a couple of spots in the carpet, but those things are not important to us as long as the place is clean, which it certainly was. We're already talking about booking this place again for next year's ski trip.

Great location, very convenient

5 male friends stay there. We came to ski in Vail and had everything we needed. The house is well kept, well equipped and very conveniently located right next to East Vail highway exit, so 5 min drive to Vail´s parkings.

Convenient

Very close to bus stop and about 15 minutes to Vail Transportation Center. Six friends stayed for skiing and we all had a bed although loft with 2 twins is tight plus steep ladder, but manageable. 4 bathrooms was really nice and so was hot tub! A little beat up here and there, eg carpet stained badly in one bedroom, but it was well cleaned and ultimately we liked it very much for our ski trip.

Noisy location

The location is wedged between Interstate 70 and a semi-busy neighborhood road. Very noisy. Lower bedroom is noisy because it is located under the jacuzzi, which self-cleans regularly and it makes the room very noisy to sleep during the cleaning cycle. The loft is too high up and a bit unsafe to climb. Many blinds have mechanical issues. Jacuzzi is very nice and was the highlight of the stay.
