The house is lovely. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfy, and the owner was super responsive. And we alsoloved that the trailhead for Booth Falls trail was so close by.

Stayed here for my son’s wedding weekend. Beautifully furnished, clean, helpful and responsive property manager, good location. Would absolutely stay here again.
We absolutely loved staying here! The owner was great with communication with check in/out information and was there if we had any requests throughout our entire stay. The property itself was beautiful and clean. We loved how quite the area was. Being that close to the Booth Falls Trail was a plus and the bus stop to go into Vail Village made it very convenient. Highly recommend for any length of stay!
Great location (3 minute walk to Booth Lake Trail, beautiful 5 minute drive to grocery, Vail Village, etc.), very well-appointed townhouse, perfect for a family of four or several couples. Owner was very easy to reach and very helpful. We definitely recommend this property.
Very cozy townhome with plenty of space for my friends and I. The furniture and appliances felt new and lux. The owners had excellent communication and were willing to help at every turn. Fantastic house, with easy access to vail mountain.
This property is well maintained, very comfortable and very convenient to Vail Village. The Booth Falls trail is just a quick walk away and well worth the effort. Property contact communication was direct and efficient . All instructions well communicated. A truly great experience.
Ideal for Groups! This property was perfect for our group of five. The kitchen was fully equipped, making meal prep a breeze, and the living space was cozy and inviting. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, for restful nights after busy days skiing. Located just a 15-minute drive from Vail, it was the perfect home base for our week-long stay. Highly recommended!
Great trails right out the front door! Vail was easy to get to by car or bus. Parks and rivers to swim in were also either walking distance or 2 minutes drive. The house itself was perfect. Two bedrooms down and one up, laundry and full kitchen. Huge beautiful kitchen table to fit your family. Decor spot on for the mountains! Looking to book again next summer.
We enjoyed our stay in this tree lined townhome. The kitchen was well appointed and it felt warm and welcoming. Lots of dishes and good cookware. The beds were comfy. All instructions were clear and not too overwhelming! There’s easy on and off access to I-70. Shuttle service seemed available to avoid $45-75 garage parking fees in Vail .
The property was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Location was very convenient to town and many beautiful hiking trails (our favorite thing to do in Vail)! Owner was super responsive.
Our only negative was construction of a new custom home down the road which made for a noisy stay (not at all in owner’s control, but if you love peace and quiet this may be an issue for the next several months).
Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your slice of heaven on earth! We would definitely return.
We stayed here in early November with our teenage daughters to celebrate their birthday. This is a perfect location for the hike! It is perfect short drive into Vail village. Just a great location and a cozy well kept well stocked town home.
