House was clean, modernized, up to date house appliances. Comfortable beds, lots of linens, stocked kitchen, love the washer/dryer & pantry. Quiet neighborhood for walks.
We were quite pleased with Jeremiah’s place. As a single woman, I felt entirely comfortable staying here. Communication was spot on, place was clean, tech savvy and comfortable. Thank you and would recommend.
Was great! We were in town for The College World Series. I was great proximity to the field. Loved the pillows!!! The only complaint I would have was it’s an old house & when someone is renting the upstairs unit you hear a lot of creaks & if they use the rocker it is loud. But it’s an old house so understandable! Thanks for letting us stay while we were in town!
This property is nice and its location was close to everything. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. If you are ever in OKC, and this property is available. BOOK IT! I definitely would.
Communication with the host was prompt and helpful! The property was decorated like a luxe hotel, but the building still had all the old school charm of the original architecture. We were all very comfy and happy. We would definitely stay again!
We had a booking snafu and the host was quick to make it right! We were so grateful to have a beautiful place to stay and the host was communicative and responsive the entire time.
We had a very quick stay and were only there for one night, so we essentially slept, showered, and headed out the next morning. One thing to note is that the entrance to the townhouse is not the door pictured in the listing photos. The actual entrance is located on the right side of the house, which was a little confusing at first. The upstairs neighbor appears to keep late hours and there is some noise from walking around overhead. We could also occasionally smell cooking from the upstairs unit, so that's something to keep in mind if you're particularly sensitive to noise or odors. That said, the townhouse itself is very cute. I loved its classic charm, and it is decorated beautifully. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed for our stay.Parking was convenient, although it can be a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle. We managed just fine, but it's worth noting.I usually travel with a sound machine and forgot mine this trip. Given the shared nature of the property, a sound machine would be a nice amenity for the host to provide.Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our time here.
The property was very clean and in a good neighborhood where we felt safe. Jeremiah was very responsive with any questions that I had. I would recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to OKC.
This is a beautiful place. It was in a great location as it is close to the State Capitol and activities downtown such as Bricktown and the River Walk. It was clean with updated appliances and Jeremiah was a responsive host. We would stay there again.

Very beautiful, clean and convenient property…easily accessible to the downtown area…I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a good place to stay in OKC…the host Jeremiah was very friendly and accommodating…thanks for allowing my love ones and I the opportunity to stay at such a beautiful home!! I give this property a 10 out of 10 rating.
It's a beautiful house in a safe neighborhood close to the medical center and downtown. It has a lot of modern conveniences and ample, lighted parking.
I can't say enough good things about this stay. Jeremiah was so responsive & helpful. I loved the apartment, it's location was perfect and it was clean and beautifully done. I will definitely stay here again.
The newly remodeled property is, in fact, newly remodeled. Just about everything seemed brand new. The appliances were better than I have in my home. It's not a big place but very comfortable and in a safe area. Jeremiah the host was very responsive to questions. He was really there for us. The keypad entry was really nice too. If I'm in OKC again I'll try to get this property.

About the host

I’m an Okie and love the growth our city is experiencing. Lots of exciting new restaurants and things to do. Keep it coming! I’m very active and stay outdoors. I do 24hr races in a race car and love to be in my SxS riding the riverbeds too fast.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood to host Vrbo’s due to classic 1920’s architecture and great sidewalks. I have friends in the neighborhood that would invite me over to just hangout. I’d see lots of people riding bikes, pushing strollers and running with their dogs, and on occasion maybe a few neighbors walking to a neighbors with rosè in hand. With closeness to downtown it made great sense to me.
What makes this property unique
This property had been vacant for several years and was in rough shape being by far the worst house in the entire neighborhood with holes in the floors, missing exterior doors and a completely overgrown yard. The project took 10min to complete with myself and a few friends doing a lot of the work.
