Why they chose this property

We chose Sunset Cove in Gainey Ranch because of the lovely, peaceful setting on the water. The smaller pool is four units away and the Clubhouse pool is one block away.

What makes this property unique

Our property is set up to be "wired" or "wireless" for Internet. Guests can choose to use an electric "cut off" switch provided in both bedrooms to help improve sleeping and for sensitive guests.
The master bedroom king mattress is non-toxic foam that is on the firm side.
Free landline telephone calls in the U.S. and Canada.
We have a reverse osmosis water filtering system is great for drinking and cooking.
Not only is Gainey Ranch a manned guard-gated community with excellent service to guests as the administration is in Gainey Ranch.
