The house is well-located in a quiet community in the McCormick Ranch area. It is spacious, well-furnished and equipped. It became a great place to relax after work and on the weekends. I communicated easily with Michael, who was always helpful.

Absolutely loved this place. We had an incredible 2 week stay visiting our son. The condo was spotless,well furnished and the fully stocked kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to prepare meals. We appreciated the welcome basket and the close proximity to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed taking hikes at the Scottsdale Sonoran Preserve which is only a short drive away. We also enjoyed the outdoor space and spending time at the pool. The host was very friendly When we contacted him with a few questions he answered immediately. We are planning a return trip and we can highly recommend this rental.

Fantastic vacation rental.

Our stay was very relaxing. Loved the property, everything was as expected according to the website. So close to so many great restaurants and amenities. I would highly recommend this place for a visit the Scottsdale area.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this house and the Host, Mike. This was our first experience snowbirding in AZ and I was sad to leave. The house was spotless, the beds were amazingly comfortable and the kitchen was a cooks dream. Mike was very quick to respond to any question we had and even sent the gardeners over to blow the leaved in the yard mid - month. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

Outstanding location and furnishings

Great location, central to so many of Scottsdale's best restaurants, golf courses, shopping locations and tourism destinations. Space is very homey and inviting. The owner makes sure you feel right and home. You don't have to bring much with you to enjoy your stay with thoughtful touches like providing bicycles, beach towels, etc.

Great property and Host.

My wife and I have never been to Arizona and wanted to escape the rainy season in Florida for a couple of weeks. This was the perfect choice, newly remodeled, very clean and everything you could possibly need. Mike was the best host we’ve ever encountered on VRBO. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

I spent the full month of March at the home and it was excellent - everything was 'as expected' or better. The location, area and neighborhood are all very good. My interactions with Michael, the owner, were limited but always timely and helpful. I would highly recommend this home!

Wonderful house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is updated, clean and well stocked with everything you need. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is very close to the pool. Mike is an excellent host. We would highly recommend it.
