Check out this amazing 2000 sf 2BR town home with large back patio and 2 car garage. Remodeled from top to bottom! It is set up for entertaining with TV's in every room, shuffleboard table, bar, wine fridge, lots of seating inside and out, Direct TV, and wireless internet.

All furniture, patio furniture, barbecue grill, furnishings, linens, bathroom items, dishware,silverware, glassware, cookware, appliances, etc. are all brand new and of higher quality.

The home is conveniently located near many great restaurants, golf courses, shopping and local attractions. There are more then 10 restaurants and bars, an LA Fitness, Star Bucks, Walgreens and various salons within walking distance. Also you are just steps away from the famous Scottsdale Greenbelt multi use walking/biking scenic trail. Other popular attractions within a few miles are Talking Stick Casino, Butterfly Wonderland, Top Golf, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Westworld, and Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, home of AZ Diamondbacks spring training.

Kitchen is over equipped with anything the cooking enthusiast may need"! We have a variety of electric appliances, standard coffee maker as well as a Keurig, top of the line knives and silverware, premium cookware, restaurant quality dishes, platters and serving trays.

Dining area has a large round table for 6-8, with additional seating at the kitchen island.

Next to the dining area is a wet bar equipped with a beverage/wine fridge. The bar is stocked with ample wine glasses and cocktail glasses.

Master bedroom has a king bed, large walk in shower with multiple shower heads, double vanity and a large walk in closet.

The Guest bedroom has a king bed with a walk in closet, and front patio doors.

The living room is furnished with a fireplace, a luxurious sofa and 2 side chairs, with a modern cocktail table of natural stone. Also in the living room is Direct TV with a 65' flat screen TV.

Santa Fe is a very quiet and private subdivision with lots of neighborly people. I am sure you will enjoy our home and its surrounding amenities as much as we do!

Great location, central to so many of Scottsdale's best restaurants, golf courses, shopping locations and tourism destinations. Space is very homey and inviting. The owner makes sure you feel right and home. You don't have to bring much with you to enjoy your stay with thoughtful touches like providing bicycles, beach towels, etc.

McCormick Ranch stay for 40 days

My wife and I have never been to Arizona and wanted to escape the rainy season in Florida for a couple of weeks. This was the perfect choice, newly remodeled, very clean and everything you could possibly need. Mike was the best host we’ve ever encountered on VRBO. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect warm weather getaway with friends in the neighborhood.

We loved this property in Scottsdale! We happen to know the neighborhood as good friends live there so it was perfect for us. Close to everything we wanted to see and do. We had a terrific time! The property is exactly as advertised and super clean. We had a great time playing shuffleboard and just relaxing in the great room. The garage also was super appreciated because it was raining when we were in town (when does it ever rain in Phoenix!). The host was great and easy to communicate with, though we had no issues during our stay.

All the details of your stay will be personally handled by us. We use VRBO for all of our trips and understand what it takes to make your vacation or business trip a success!

Why they chose this property

This property was chosen most of all for the location. It is so close to so many great restaurants, bars, hiking, biking and golf courses. One of the other key benefits is, it is in a well established neighborhood. All of the properties are meticulously maintained, and we always feel like we are on vacation when we drive through the neighborhood. The new remodel has made it better than new by opening up the living and dining areas into an open floor plan, with lots of entertaining space.

What makes this property unique

If you have been around Scottsdale and like to bike, walk or run, you know how great the greenbelt is! We just love that we can access it just around the corner. Then the added bonus came when the Arizona Diamond backs built their spring training facility right around the corner!
