Loved this space! Just as described. The bathroom is elite, so many things provided. Hair care and utensils to name a few. I’d caution anyone with a larger car to rent a smaller car to use the gated parking spot. My hatchback was too big for maneuvering into it from the alley. It can be done but it was tight. Everything else was super simple to use and enjoy. Nice neighborhood.

We had a great long weekend stay. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable and the amenities were great. The full wet bathroom was particularly awesome.The blue line train is a 15min walk and there are plenty of nearby restaurants and groceries. The street itself is quiet and feels safe. The hosts communicated timely and thoroughly and we did not need any additional assistance during our stay. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I am in town.

The neighborhood was quiet, the rooms were clean and the apartment was well equipped. Parking in Chicago can be challenging, so having an off-street parking spot was a plus. The only downside we had was not being able to get the coffee machine to brew. It could have been user error. There was tea available, so we just switched to it. We were only about 4 blocks from my son’s place, so the location was ideal.

Lovely property and we really enjoyed our stay. The AC stopped working toward the end of our trip and unfortunately couldn't be repaired before checkout, but Thomas was responsive when we flagged it and worked with us on a partial refund. Would consider booking again!

Highly recommended this location!Private parking was an amazing bonus. Wonderful side yard with a firepit.Safe - locked front gate - front door and entrance door- felt very secure - very quiet, quant neighborhood. Loved the mature trees and beautiful yards. Loved that there was a co-op and restaurants in walking distance.Quick and easy drive into the city. The decor was beautifully updated the bathroom is a show stopper! Large walk in closet. Perfect amount of space for me and my teenage daughter.There are quite a few stairs - so if you have difficulty with stairs - keep that in mind. Did not bother me at all!! Added to the charm.Was able to meet the owner of the property while staying there very pleasant!! Communication was also spot on - and check in was a breeze. We would love to stay at this location on our next trip to Chicago!

Everything was perfect. A very nice place with wonderful hosts. The host even came over when we had trouble with the TV. I guess the batteries in the remote needed replaced. The Polish Basilica down the block was impressive to see - just a beautiful building inside and outside.

Really great spot and space! The bathroom is the real appeal piece, and it definitely holds up to the photos. Walls are very thin though, unfortunately. We were anxious the whole time about making too much noise as we were the top floor, but definitely heard every movement of the downstairs neighbors as well. Overall really super great for the price, and it was close to everything in Chicago we needed to get to!
