Huge place. Great for a retreat or family reunion.

Nice place. Clean. Furnished beautifully. The neighborhood is neat and tidy. Good place if you are familiar with East Cleveland.

Can you please explain to me what wasn't clean? All rooms were disinfected and cleans. All linen was clean and changed, the floors were moped and and counter tops were also disinfected. There were no dishes in the sink or refrigerator and there was no trash in the home. Please help me understand how amd where the house wasn't clean?

Nice house for a weekend stay

My brother and a couple of friends and I were in Cleveland for some motorcycle training. We arrived at Crystal’s place on one of the hottest Saturdays of the year, to discover that the A/C had stopped working. This can happen to any mechanical device. Crystal got a technician there on a Saturday night and got the unit fixed! Amazing. She was in constant communication with us and solved the problem. Her communication was great and she was very accommodating to us, having 4 motorcycles. We enjoyed relaxing in the back yard as well. Crystal was a great host.
