Sleeps: 16 people in beds, additionally we have a queen size sofa sleeper and will allow up to 22 guests or possibly more if we approve your request.

Our vacation home is the perfect getaway for families, friends, and groups of up to 22 guests. Nestled in the picturesque town of Onalaska, this property boasts a delightful blend of modern comfort and rural charm.

Privacy: Enjoy the privacy of your own spacious vacation home, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed stay. Our property has a double entrance/exit driveway, which makes coming and going a breeze as it allows for ample parking and no need to turn around. The home is situated on 2 acres and is very private, our guest say “you will forget you are in the city”.

Cozy Retreat: The interior of our home is designed for comfort and relaxation. The perfect Spassky for cozying up with loved ones after a day of adventure.

Large Yard: The 2 acre property features a generous yard where you can bask in the beauty of nature, play outdoor games, or simply unwind in the fresh air. It's an ideal space for BBQs and outdoor gatherings. We provide outdoor seating on the patio and outdoor table a chairs during the summer months.

In-town Convenience: While you'll feel like you're in the countryside, you're conveniently located in town. Explore the nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions with ease.

Whether you're interested in outdoor activities like hiking and fishing or prefer indoor entertainment, you'll find something for everyone nearby. Our home is located .5 miles from the great river trail, 1.5 miles from the Onalaska Omni Center, our front yard is a 7 iron to the number 2 tee box at Cedar Creek Golf Course, 9 miles to downtown La Crosse. We are conveniently located just off of highway 53.

Quick trip

We enjoyed a quick trip to La Crosse to see live music with family. Jerry and Joan were great hosts and had a wonderful place with a rural setting nestled right inside of town. Wonderful place. Would stay here again.

Each year we choose a new location and home for our expanding family vacation. Jerry and Joan were so welcoming and made our stay comfortable. We had plenty of room for everyone and the grandchildren had a beautiful yard to play in. Definitely in our top 10.

Mother/Daughter weekend

This is a great location for hosting large groups who are looking for a place to crash for the night but plan to go out and about during the day. The many beds were comfy and the outside space was spacious. Our hosts were very helpful and accommodating!

Wonderful Weekend Stay

We had a wonderful ladies-weekend staying at the house. Close to great hiking trails, boutique shops and restaurants. The house is very charming, clean and cozy. Joan and Jerry were equally wonderful with their attention to detail and suggestions on places to go and things to do in the area.

Get away at Lil yellowstone

Roomy and comfortable stay

We stayed here during a fishing week, and it met all our expectations. There's plenty of room for parking, and a nice big backyard. The house had everything we needed, and we enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor spaces. Communication and check-in was simple and the place was clean and well appointed. The location is quite handy, with restaurants close and good shopping less than 10 minutes away. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would return in the future.

In town for a wedding

Beautiful property! House was very comfortable. Hosts were extremely helpful. We came into La Crosse for a wedding added an extra day to explore city. Great area we ill be coming back.
