Gorgeous ground floor apartment south facing with winter sun all day. Peaceful location overlooking the 10th Tee with a short walk to the club house, driving range, El Cason restaurant and the Spa shop. Great base if venturing out great amenities in the local village. Main shopping centre at Dos Mare 15 min drive with the beaches 20 mins away. La Zenia Boulevard 30 mins drive. Local train station 10mins away taking you to Murcia and now Madrid. A golfer’s paradise in the winter months, but great for families in the summer. Lots of summer entertainment including local music festivals. An amazing place to holiday and relax

Good south facing location

Comfortable inside but found outside furniture not comfortable enough for sitting outside for long periods. Jenny quickly provided cushions when I told her about our discomfort. Ideally there should be rattan type armchairs for outdoor living which in my opinion this is what people go to Spain for. On arrival the toilet seat was broken and should have been changed before we arrived. The outside of the windows were filthy. We cleaned the kitchen window but not the others, we also had to clean the outside furniture and terrace which were also dirty. Inside was very dusty. Jenny is very pleasant to deal with and we feel if she were to rectify these points this would be an ideal apartment to stay in with its south facing terrace and views over the golf course.
