We had a lovely stay at "Rosa Blanca". Anne, the host is excellent and always responds quickly to any enquiries. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable and represents very good value for money. The grounds are immaculate and the 3 swimming pools were always quiet with plenty of room. We loved the large terrace complete with outdoor dinning and sunbeds. We would definitely return in the future.

Great property in a great location

The apartment was excellent for us as it was very spacious and had 2 bathrooms. The location was great, the beach was within mins so was the shops, restaurants and a large supermarket. We also used the local bus to travel around, theres no need for a car. We really appreciated the check in process having someone meeting you was great.

Wonderful place to stay

The apartment, the area and the apartment complex are all superb. No discos, noisy bars or dozens of souvenir shops. Just a relaxed area with bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The only downside was that not much sun comes on the balcony in November. We will remember this place for future plans.

Great apartment in nice complex with 3 nice size pools quiet complex with very little noise but central location only 10 min walk to beach and 5 mins from plenty of good bars and eating places would definitely recomend to anyone that needs good apartment

Nice apartment

We travelled with two 15 year old boys. Apartment spacious enough for us all. Great having 2 bathrooms. Lovely large terrace with sun loungers, parasoll and table and chairs. Had a few minor issues but property manager Margaret very helpful. Apartment grounds lovely, well kept gardens. There are three pools, but unfortunately the boys were told they couldn’t use the largest pool as it was only for people swimming lanes, which is a real shame in the height of summer. Punta Prima area clean – there are two Spanish cafe/ restaurants a few minutes walk away, and an English run bar/restaurant across the road. The majority of bars and restaurants are 10 minutes walk away, situated by the main dual carriageway, which isn’t ideal. Our favourite restaurant by far was the Nautilus, a 10 minute walk , situated right on the sea front – great food and service with a lovely terrace feet from the lapping waves. The local beach is small and sandy but there are lots of rocks to walk over when you get in the sea. Saying that, it was lovely and warm and the waves exhilarating! Not really suitable for younger children. A 15 minute taxi ride away from Aquopolis Torrevieja water park, and a 5 minute taxi ride to the go-karting.

Your resume of the local area will, I’m sure, be really helpful for future visitors. All I would add is that it’s well worth the slightly longer walk ( 10 minutes via the cut through onto Calle Junco) or less than 5 mins taxi to get to the main Punta Prima beach and promenade where there is a much bigger and more sheltered beach ideal for swimming and for all ages. (Not to mention another really splendid sea front restaurant!) Directions are in the folder in the apartment, should you visit us again. Schöne Unterkunft in toller Anlage

Schöne klimatisierte Unterkunft in einer geschlossenen Anlage mit drei Pools und schön viel Grünflächen zum entspannen. In der Nähe gibt es viele tolle Restaurants ( Gandhi, toller Inder, Armenia, sehr gutes armenisches Grillrestaurant, Nautilus, spanische Küche, direkt am Meer). Man kann aber auch problemlos in der voll ausgestatteten Küche selber kochen. Ein besonderes Plus der Unterkunft ist der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage, möglicherweise ist der Aufzug unmittelbar neben der Wohnung. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Unterkunft! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch die tolle Betreuung durch Karen und Margret.

Lovely stay

The apartment was just as described and easy to find. The spacious outside terrace was a real bonus.Everything was walking distance - bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. The complex has lovely gardens and 3 pools, so choice if lots of people are staying. We had a lovely stay and will be back.

Excellent appartement at the Costa Blanca

We’ve enjoyed our stay at the appartement in Torrevieja. The appartement has enough space and is fully airconditioned, which was needed looking at the lovely Spanish temperture👌 Especially the big terrace was Nice to have. The garden and pools of the complex where beautiful and clean. Only a 10 minute walk to the Nice Punta Prima beach. It is a Shame that they are building a lot of New appartments, because this is influencing the beautiful sea view.

Great holiday home

This apartment is very close to alot of bars restaurants and shops, all within walking distance and 5 minutes walk tonthe beach. Apartment has everything you need for a great relaxing stay, has a large terrace/balcony with sun all day and will definitely recommend this.

Gute Lage

Die Wohnung entsprach insgesamt der Beschreibung. Check in war super. Die große Terrasse könnte etwas freundlicher gestaltet werden. Die Couch im Wohnbereich könnte auch mal erneuert werden. Wegen der guten Lage - alles fussläufig erreichbar- trotzdem eine Empfehlung.

Résidence agréable et bien entretenu, très belle terrasse au calme à cette période de l'année, logement spacieux et bien équipé. Propreté de la literie douteuse, de nombreuses tâches sur les matelas et pas de protection (alaise) des matelas. La côte est bétonnée et très urbanisée, la région n'est pas très jolie, promenades à pieds le long de la mer possibles sur toute la côte.

Merci pour votre avis notant que l'appartement est bien entretenu, bien équipé et spacieux. Je suis heureux que vous ayez également apprécié la grande terrasse. Le matelas de la chambre double était neuf en janvier. Il a été contrôlé depuis votre départ et est en excellent état. Cependant, les responsables ont trouvé une tache sur l'un des lits simples qui n'était pas là auparavant et qui a maintenant été nettoyée. Tous nos lits sont équipés de protège-matelas. Le sud de la Costa Blanca possède un littoral ravissant pour les plages et de belles promenades côtières. Il est bien desservi par les cafés, les restaurants et les magasins comme on peut s'y attendre dans une zone de vacances. Ce n'est pas un quartier historique avec de vieux bâtiments à part une ou deux exceptions isolées comme l'ancien casino de Torrevieja et les vieilles tours mauresques là-bas et à Cabo Roig. Il existe également des exemples de maisons troglodytes encore utilisées à l'intérieur des terres à St Miguel et, bien sûr, Alicante et Carthagène ont toutes deux des secteurs fascinants de la vieille ville. Cependant, la région est principalement une station balnéaire moderne.

The drive from Alicante Elche airport is straight forward along highway 332. Upon reaching our destination we were greeted by Karen (unit manager) who gave us the keys and showed us around the unit. The small welcome groceries is appreciated since the grocery stores around the area are not open on Sundays. The location is central to many places. Although, we rented a car you could still walk to restaurants, grocery stores etc.. The Mediterranean is an approx. 5 min walk from the unit. It has a nice pathway to walk along once you are there. We felt safe out and about. The unit has everything you need. The balcony is very generous in size, but not in full sun during Feb. We found the bed to be very comfortable (firm.) The grounds and pools are well kept and the common area and elevators are cleaned daily. Overall, we would recommend staying here. We would like to stay here again if back in Spain.

Fantastic bright apartment

Brilliant large terrace not overlooked, even in October got sun all afternoon till about 6 30pm. Apartment had a well equipped kitchen and the welcome pack of milk, water, bread, butter and few other bits was really appreciated. 3 lovely pools, very quiet with well kept gardens. Quieter location than we would normally pick but enjoyed the restaurants and live music at night only 10 min walk away on the small strip. A big Consum supermarket also 10mins away. La Zenia boulevard was 40min walk or taxi which was cheap enough. Torrevieja was bit further than we thought, walked there along rocky coastal path but got a taxi back. All in all we had a great holiday relaxing on the terrace and some great nights out. Would definitely stay again
