It has its own bustling high street with many good restaurants, bars, shopping boulevards, supermarkets, petrol stations, medical centers, a, four star luxury spa hotel, Waterpark plus the beautiful La Marquesa golf course. The views from many parts of Ciudad Quesada are wonderful including, salt lake, mountain, countryside and even views of the Mediterranean sea ! Great location and plenty to do and explore. Its a Winter stay so we didn't use all facilities but clean, tidy and secure. Met by Judith and made us most welcome. Plenty of restaurants, shops, supermakets and filling stations. Great Spot, thank you.
Had a great stay. Property was spotless. Judith, the property manager, was always on hand and quick to respond to WhatsApp messages. The pool is brilliant and just outside the door. Residents and other holiday makers were so friendly. Lovely area. Quiet. Would highly recommend.
We used to live in Spain until June. It’s cold in the winter and a duvet would have helped on the single beds. Location was good for what we needed as we visited Guardamar and San Miguel de Salinas so it was well placed for both locations.

Thank you for your review. There are single duvets under the bed but as you booked for just 2 guests the single beds are only made up upon request. There are also thermal radiators in every room to heat the apartment and for guests to use.
Our management company would have been more than happy to help and are on hand 24/7 had you of reached out.
From the moment I booked this holiday apartment the communication was fantastic. Not only from the owner but also from Judith who looks after the apartment. We only went for a 3 day break and couldnt fault anything. Quesada town is only a 25 minute walk away or if you're like us 5 in a taxi. There is a beautiful Italian restaurant just up the road and a lively little pub with some kind of entertainment most evenings.I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone considering it.
It's our intention to move to Spain in later years so we decided to combine "looking around" with holidaying. Quesada is lovely, and the apartment and complex was fantastic. Everybody on the complex was very welcoming, the pool was a firm family favourite too, our teenage boys spent hours in there. We hired a car locally to explore further and getting around was far easier than i expected, another bonus! Quesada is definitely a potential place for our move to Spain
really enjoyed our stay , apartment just as described, host Judith very attentive and friendly, communication with owner very good, pool just a few steps from garden gate and was beautiful. Plenty of supermarkets nearby by car and several bars and restaurants 10-15 minutes walk. Excellent Guardamar beach 10 minutes or so by car, September was very hot in the evening air con in bedrooms would have been brilliant- fans only. Air con only in living room other than that the apartment is really lovely…

Nous avons apprécié le logement qui était reposant. L'environnement était calme,. Nous avons bien profité de la magnifique piscine et de plus nous étions à 10 mn de la plage de Guadamar ce qui était appréciable. L'appartement était super et correspondait vraiment à l'annonce. je recommande vivement cette location

So glad I chose this apartment, very clean and tidy with friendly neighbours. The booking process was so easy and the communication from the owner first class, excellent value for money and I will definitely use again in the future.
Had a great time on this holiday nice apartment, fantastic pool ( no inflatables) would be great for families or couples. Shops and bars in walking distance, could do with aircon in bedroom but that is only a minor drawback would definitely comeback communication with Gary is first class.
Lo cierto es que hemos estado mi familia y yo muy pero que muy bien.
El entorno muy acogedor, las zonas comunes de la piscina muy cuidadas, y sobre todo el resto de vecinos propietarios o no todos muy respetuosos y cercanos.
En definitiva hemos pasado unos días de desconexión total ,.muy relajados en ese bonito entorno.
Alrededor de los apartamentos tienes varios supermercados, zona de bares y ocio.
Si deseas más ambiente a 20 minutos esta Torrevieja dispone de bonitas calas,restaurantes y mucho
más bullicio.
Bonito rincón en la Vega Baja del Segura con bonitos pueblos cercanos y bellas playas.
El apartamento en sí muy cuidado
Luminoso y cuidado , si hay que ponerle alguna pega ,sería que el aire acondicionado funciona con monedas de euro.
Visto de forma ecológica sería una forma más responsable de usar la energía.

Absolutely loved our stay here, the villa is very spacious and well furnished. The pool right outside your front door is a bonus as you can sit on the balcony still able to see your children. Even though no oven the small grill/oven provided was fine still able to cook pizzas etc.
Air conditioning is in the living room and 1 euro lasts 60 minutes so enough to cool you off after a day in the sunshine.
Judith was great on arrival and departure. The owner Gary was fantastic always at the end of the phone to answer questions or issues not that there were any. Really can't fault this place, if I was to have one improvement that would be air con into the bedrooms however this won't deter us from returning. Thank you for a great holiday 😁
Lovely apartment in quiet location. Massive pool which we had to ourselves alot of the time. Well kept gardens . Only downside which we were aware of was no aircon in the bedroom and aircon in lounge was coin operated. We have stayed in villas before where they are card operated, it just saves having to collect 1 euro coins all the time.

Why they chose this property
After holidaying in Spain for many years, with children, my Mum and renting various apartments it gave us an insight to what we feel is the ideal getaway apartment. It took us a long, long while to put together our 'must haves' and then find a match but this we believe is it! We looked for:- Ground floor - easy access ( no lugging of cases, pushchairs, shopping, 2 litre water bottles x 10 (in wilting heat) we did this when we stayed on second & third floors it was a nightmare! Poolside - perfect if you have kids, no need to get ready for pool or packing a bag full of drinks, supplies, inflatables it's just up and swimwear on and out. (did this too!) plus they can run in and out for ice lollies, drinks, lunch and bathroom with ease. Front and rear access - lovely through breeze on those hotter days/nights plus it's far more private when you come and go. Big pool - enough room for adults to enjoy a good swim of lengths too Steps into pool - safer for little ones or for those with mobility challenges. Kids pool - goes without saying, couldn't go away without one of these! 2 bedrooms - 1 bedroom far to cramped for families (we all need our own space) Raised balcony - for leisurely breakfast, watching the kids and of course a BBQ or relaxing of an evening. Small garden area - enough room for a couple of sun beds for times when you don't fancy the pool or the kids have decided to go in for naps or playing iPads and you don't want to miss the sun. Private parking - not searching for car parking on nearby streets Walking distance to at least a small supermarket to pick up odd supplies that might be needed without having to go all the way to the larger shops - (the one near the apartment is fab!!!) Last but not least beautiful grounds and a lovely area. Now you know why it took us so long!!
