The Space:

With a full apartment-size kitchen featuring all the appliances you need for cooking up your favorite meals, a comfortable bedroom with crisp linens and pillows, and a spacious living room with extra sleeping space on the sleeper sofa, you'll feel right at home.

Nestled in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach, our home is perfect for those seeking a relaxing beach vacation without the crowds. Enjoy the sugar white sands and emerald water in the Gulf of Mexico and then come back to a relaxing home away from home.

You'll have your own private entrance with keyless access, and enjoy all the comforts and amenities of home, including a smart HDTV with all the streaming apps, high-speed WiFi, free onsite parking, and access to the backyard.

We are located within 20 minutes of NSA Panama City Navy Base and Tyndall Air Force Base and are fully equipped for long-term stays and TDYs.

There is also a washer and dryer in the suite for your use.

Please note that while the outdoor areas, laundry, and parking are shared with other guests staying in the separate main house, your stay will still be peaceful and private.

Guest Access:
You have private access to the entire guest suite and the LEFT side of the driveway. The laundry room and driveway are shared with the main house guests.

The entryway is the double French doors directly ahead of the driveway where there is a smart lock for self-check-in. There is a shared laundry room that the guest suite has access to, but both doors lock from the inside to ensure security.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood with easy and quick access to shops, restaurants, attractions and everything else you may need for the perfect beach vacation.

Getting Around:
It is best to have a car to get where you want to go - though there is Uber and Lyft.

Other Things to Note:
Whispering Palms is a two-listing property and there is a main home that is separate from your space. It is locked off from your living space with a double deadbolt and the shared laundry room door by the kitchen locks off as well. The entrances are private and have different access codes, so security is nothing to worry about! However, if you want complete privacy, this may not be the best fit.

Please be aware that the unit has thin walls and unfortunately, sometimes noise can be heard, but you can always contact us for any noise complaints.

Please note that Early Check-In / Late Check-Out are subject to the demand of our cleaning schedule. Feel free to request and we will do everything we can!
