We had a great stay in this apartment. The location is right on "the Ave" near several restaurants, Safeway, and UW. There is a parking spot in the back that is a bonus. The place had everything we needed and was comfortable. The only watchout is that it does get a little loud at night due to the location the Ave.
We were staying in town for a very busy work weekend so didn't spend much time at the apartment at all, but it was the perfect little place for us, very comfy beds for much-needed restful sleeps, easy access with door codes, and in a great walkable location for food and drinks after our show was over! The apartment was very clean and so nice for us to each have our own bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again if it's available!
We had to make a short visit to the University area of Seattle. The apartment was in a convenient location, close to both bus and light rail lines. There are several good restaurants nearby and a Safeway a short walk from the apartment.
The host provided easy-to-follow instructions on how to enter the property. There was a reserved, off-street parking spot, which was a great benefit because of the difficulty of finding parking in that part of town.
Check out was quick and easy.
Stayed here for Apple Cup football game. 1.3 mile walk to the stadium wasn’t bad. The apartment is immaculate with everything you need. Having a dedicated parking spot was great so there is mo fighting for a parking spot.
Will definitely look at this place again in the future if we need to be close to UW campus.
We were two work colleagues coming for a 3-week research visit to UW. The apartment suited us perfectly. It's clean, bright, quiet and spacious. There's a desk and table for working on and fast internet; the balcony is West facing with a couple of chairs and a small table, perfect for sundowners. The kitchen is well equipped. There were lots of nice little extras like laundry soap, plenty of towels, etc. The apartment is on a fairly busy street but the bedrooms are to the side and back making them nice and quiet. Communication with the host Kyle was excellent. One particular highlight is the farmers' market right outside each Saturday. All in all, highly recommended.
The apartment was overall great for our need for the weekend. We arrived after dark and had a hard time finding which building entrance we were supposed to go in. That was partly my own fault, as I initially went to the correct door but didn't realize I was entering the code incorrectly because of how I read it. When it wouldn't open we thought we were in the wrong place. The owner/contact person did respond to my frantic messages and was trying to help me, but we were having some miscommunication. We eventually did get into the building door and to the apartment. It was set up fine and had most of what we would typically find in the vrbos we have stayed in. They do need to update the blinds and some of the fixtures in the bathroom, as they were not in great shape. The towel rack in one bathroom fell out of the wall. The beds were comfortable and the temperature was able to be adjusted and worked well. There was a farmers market just outside the apartment building that weekend and it was great. Overall we had a great stay!
We loved this space! Check in was super easy, good parking space. The unit itself was beautiful and spacious. We had everything we needed there. The parking is in the alley, which was a bit rough. Ryker was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!
