HOT TUB - Four bedroom home at Table Rock Lake - two blocks from water

This fully renovated home is the perfect place to decompress and spend time with friends and family. You can relax on the indoor or outdoor patio, gather around the firepit, eat together at the extra long dining table, or play board games in the cozy living room. It is two blocks from the lake and the backyard is surrounded by trees giving it the perfect cabin feel.

The Space:
We designed this home with our guests in mind. The large kitchen is a great place to be together while preparing meals since it is right off the living room, making for the perfect gathering space. There are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, creating plenty of space to sprawl out in your own private areas.

The cabin also includes a four season patio, large front porch, outdoor fire pit, BBQ grill, and a hot tub in the offseason (October - April).

There is plenty of parking for multiple cars and even a boat trailer. Bring your boat as the boat ramp is only two blocks down the road!

- There is a boat ramp two blocks down the road.
- All docks in walking distance are private and unfortunately cannot be used by guests.
- Guests can rent a slip at Big M or Eagle Rock Marina (15 mins by car, almost 10 by boat).
- There is also public lake access (with a swim beach) by Big M Marina and a roped off swimming area at the Eagle Rock Corp of Engineers Campground.

Other Details to Note:
We do not have WiFi at any of our properties, the perfect excuse to disengage with technology and relax in nature! If you do need internet or want to hook up to the smart TV, you can connect it to your hotspot (Verizon gets the best cell service). We also have a DVD Player with an assortment of movies and a variety of board games & puzzles for the family!

Great getaway

We had 6 adults and 8 kids and stayed very comfortably here. Plenty of dishes, towels, bedding and pillows. Hot tub was amazing. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay again!

Hidden Gem

House is tucked back on a private road surrounded by trees which made it very peaceful. Its location to Roaring River, Eureka Springs, and Branson makes it an ideal spot for a whole week of activities. We will definitely be staying here again.
