A one bedroom apartment, 2 miles off the highway, attached to a main house with a private entrance, fully equipped equipped kitchen, access to shared solar heated pool, with palm decor, in a nice/quiet neighborhood.

15 minutes biking to the beach, 7 minute drive to Jungle hut beach or a 15 minute drive to Flagler beach. 5 minute drive to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the intercostal/salt water canals.,

The apartment was clean and welcoming. It was peaceful and quiet, and the perfect place for our girls’ weekend. The host was communicative and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here when you’re in Palm Coast!

Lovely stay, nice quiet neighborhood, well-supplied kitchen, comfortable bed. I enjoyed my time here and would definitely return. We had a small glitch at check-in, but the owner quickly resolved it and personally made sure that I had everything I needed for my stay.

Communication with the host was nonexistent. I had to wake up the tenant in the other side of the house and she directed me to the rental. The door was unlocked and the keys were on the table. That being said, the place was clean, comfortable and well stocked.

Place was great. Nice location, no surprises based on the pictures. VRBO hadn’t updated the arrival time per the owners request so I was going by what was on the reservation which was an hour off. Owner had recently started a new job with his hands full so I’ll assume that’s why there was no communication until I reached out to get check in details and there were none, the apartment was unlocked and they keys were left inside for us. If you’re ok without any handholding this is a great place! We will use it again if we return to Palm Coast.

Unit well located and very private, close to the beach and shops. Pathway to the unit could be better lit at night. Linen/bedding is old and should be replaced. Entire unit would be well served by having a deep clean.

This was very comfortable and very clean. Even though this was an apartment connected to the main home of the hosts they were very respectful of our privacy. We enjoyed our stay and would like to stay there again if we return to the area.
