The space
This condo features 1 bedroom plus a loft, each boasting a queen-sized bed, as well as a sofa sleeper in the living room accommodating 6 total. It brings it all: great views, great location, great amenities, and a modern space for you to truly enjoy your stay in Summit County! There is both one underground parking spot, and plenty of uncovered parking for everyone coming (something not always easy to find in the mountains). Relax on the couch and chat with friends next to the wood fireplace, listen to some music with the bluetooth soundbar, or catch up on your favorite show on the large TV.
The condo itself has all of the necessities for guests, including a well-supplied kitchen for homemade meals, bathroom essentials, and plenty of seating to interact with your guests both inside and out on the porch. The 3rd floor porch brings amazing views of Buffalo Mountain and Tenmile Peak right out the door. Speaking of right out the door, the clubhouse - featuring three massive hot tubs, sauna, steam room, heated pool, indoor hot tub, racquetball tennis courts, and grill - are right behind the unit. A full sized washer and dryer are in the unit!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire condo, a full sized washer and dryer in the unit, one covered parking space, plenty of uncovered parking spaces (great for multiple guests!), and the clubhouse. The clubhouse includes a heated pool (which is open) sauna, steam room (temporarily closed) and three massive hot outdoor tubs, indoor hot tub, racquetball and tennis courts for you to end your day! This is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator and spectacular views!
Other things to note
Pets are NOT allowed. There will be a $100 daily fine for violation of this rule and your rental period will be terminated immediately.
There is no air conditioning. There are ceiling fans and table fans in the bedrooms.
The entire community has strict quiet hours from 10PM until 8 am, and no smoking inside or outside the premises. $200 fine for each of these violations.

Additional costs will be assessed for:
1/ late unauthorized check out will result in charge of an additional days stay at the prevailing rate.
2/additional costs assessed by cleaning company for extra time spent on excessively unkempt conditions ($150 extra cleaning costs) and/or late check out causing delay in cleaning ($50 fee for rescheduling)
3/damages at replacement cost
Bookings within 24 hours of check-in may have to allow for late check-in due to timeliness of cleaning the unit. For example, unit may not be available until 5-6 PM for check-in (instead of 4PM) on days when a prior guest had just checked out and you are booking without 24 hours notice. You will be notified if this is the situation upon booking. Thanks for your understanding.
