Convenient and Comfortable Stay

Apartment was beautifully decorated. Easy acess for wheelchair. All appliances was up to date. Only issue was internet and tv in the front of house. Barely any wifi service acess in the front but back of house had better signal. Spacious stay and communication with host was swift and easy.

Our stay was not luxurious as we hoped it would be. The road to the property were full of potholes. The living room had no air-condition just a ceiling fan. The TV in the Livingroom did not turn on, however the TV in the room only worked when poor wifi was on for a limited time mainly off. I sent an email communication informing them I need wifi for work, with no response We had no cable to watch local news. My family and I rushed out to make and appointment and we then received an email about leaving the air conditioner on scolded like a child. The stay at this location was not what we expected, as the pictures does not reflect how it looks in person. We were not able to take a shower before we left to the airport due to no water. Communication was sent requesting for water to take a shower, with no response. When we left the property we then received an email informing us where to leave the keys, and how to leave it. Communication should have be better, not only when it served their purpose. No follow up on Wifi issues, and water before heading to the airport, gate issues, and parking as our rental was left outside the gate majority of our stay.
