This gorgeous brand new condo is a very spacious 1 Bedroom with Studio that sleeps 4 people! The large wrap around corner balcony is idea for enjoying outdoor living! The Principal bedroom has beautiful furnishings with king bed, large closet, ensuite full bathroom and private balcony with seating for two. The studio is perfect for work with a desk, or a relaxing area/bedroom with TV and sofa bed that makes into a double bed. The living area is open concept with dining, living and fully equipped kitchen. A/C and ceiling fans throughout make this a comfortable stay all year round!

Great Place

This was an awesome place to stay. Plenty of room and looked exactly like the pics. Loved that they had candles for us! The condo was so clean. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful patio. And the pool!!! And the hotubs!!! The restaurant at the pool was really good. Would definitely recommend.

I have nothing negative to say about this property. It was light and airy with good ventilation, we didn't need to turn on the air con. Everything we could possibly need was supplied and the convenience of the supermarket across the road was a bonus. I particularly enjoyed the infinity pool and the views and the facilities on the rooftop just added to the overall experience. It was very quiet and I would highly recommend this property if you wish to avoid the often busy beachfront locations..

Great Condo in New Building

This is a new building in the Marina district. Its very safe and the building staff runs it very well. The pool, exercise room and rooftop deck match a five-star hotel. The pool restaurant offers good food at a great value. Its within walking distance to groceries, marina restaurants and .5 miles to the airport. The property manager helped with a minor problem within an hour. Overall, a great value. I would definitely stay in this condo again (based on value).
