Welcome to Casa de las Flores, a charming Mexican-style condo with ocean views located steps from Blue Chairs, Mantamar/Almar & Playa los Muertos.

The 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo is walking distance to everything Zona Romantica has to offer. The condo itself is well equipped and comes with all the basic amenities one would expect, and then some. It has a lovely balcony that runs the entire length of the condo, providing stunning beach views from every room. Furthermore, the condo is serviced by a housekeeper 6 days a week (Mon to Sat) and has an on-site groundskeeper twice a week. It's truly a little slice of heaven.

The condo has vaulted ceilings that provide a larger sense of space. Each room is installed with an air-conditioning system. The kitchen has a new refrigerator with icemaker and filtered water. A washer & dryer is conveniently located in a nook adjacent to the kitchen. A narrow walkway takes you to the bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms.

Please note that the condo is roughly 4 short flights up (or 53 steps) from the street level, and there is no elevator in the building.

Excellent Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It's a very convenient location and we were so happy to hear the waves every evening. A wonderful way to drift off to sleep! Charming stay in Puerto Vallarta
This property is perfect in many ways--the location is close enough to walk to the main restaurants and shopping in the Romantic Zone, but far enough away that it's quiet. All the rooms are of ample size (when bigger rooms got built) with large windows highlighting the beautiful bay view. The daily maid service (included) was a plus.

Hidden Charm
Just up the road from the busy area but conveniently close enough without the noise and traffic. Bring your walking shoes to burn off the tacos and margaritas as this is up a hill then up multiple floor levels via stairs. Place is kept wonderfully; clean and well equipped. Wake up each morning to the fresh breeze and sounds of the waves.

Why they chose this property

The condo is located in lower Amapas, which is up a slight hill from the heart of town, making it minutes from the hustle & bustle, but just far enough from all the noise & downtown traffic. The nearest mini supermarket is down the hill across from Hotel Tropicana, a quick 4-minute walk downhill. Blue Chairs Resort has a rooftop bar which plays music on most nights, but they shut down at 11 PM each night.

What makes this property unique

The condo is a quick walk from the Los Muertos beach and numerous bars in downtown Zona Romantica. A cab ride is no more than 10 minutes and costs roughly 60 pesos (or $3US) until 10 PM each night. Cabs may be more expensive past 10 PM, especially on weekends.
