Welcome to Casa de las Flores, a charming Mexican-style condo with ocean views located steps from Blue Chairs, Mantamar/Almar & Playa los Muertos.
The 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo is walking distance to everything Zona Romantica (Old Town) has to offer. The condo itself is well equipped and comes with all the basic amenities one would expect, and then some. It has a lovely balcony that runs the entire length of the condo, providing stunning beach views from every room. It is truly a little slice of heaven.
The condo has vaulted ceilings that provide a larger sense of space. Each room is installed with an air-conditioning system. The kitchen has a new refrigerator with icemaker and filtered water. A washer & dryer is conveniently located in a nook adjacent to the kitchen. A narrow walkway takes you to the bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms.
Please note that the condo is roughly 4 short flights up (or 53 steps) from the street level, and there is no elevator in the building.

Why they chose this property
The condo is located in lower Amapas, which is up a slight hill from the heart of town, making it minutes from the hustle & bustle, but just far enough from all the noise & downtown traffic. The nearest mini supermarket is down the hill across from Hotel Tropicana, a quick 4-minute walk downhill. Blue Chairs Resort has a rooftop bar which plays music on most nights, but they shut down at 11 PM each night.
What makes this property unique
The condo is a quick walk from the Los Muertos beach and numerous bars in downtown Zona Romantica. A cab ride is no more than 10 minutes and costs roughly 60 pesos (or $3US) until 10 PM each night. Cabs may be more expensive past 10 PM, especially on weekends.
