Summary:

Come and relax at our beautiful beachfront condo at Lighthouse in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama.



The Space:

14th Floor Beachfront Condo at Lighthouse. 2 BR / 2 BA, plus a small bunk room for children. Sleeps: 6-8; Beds: 1 king in master bedroom, 1 queen in guest bedroom, twin bunk beds in bunk room, and 1 queen sleeper sofa in living room. Interior Appointments: Fully equipped kitchen (including a Keurig coffee maker), 4 flat screen TVs, 4 DVD players,  washer and dryer, and even a Dyson vacuum, wireless internet access, gulf front balcony accessible via living room and master bedroom.



The views are amazing with wall-to-wall and floor to ceiling glass windows and sliding doors in both the living room and master bedroom which open up to a large 200 sq. ft. tiled balcony.  You can sit out there and watch schools of Dolphins dance in the water.



Lighthouse is located in the heart of Gulf Shores directly on the beach and just a few minutes from the Hangout which offers daily live entertainment.  Take a nice stroll on the beach to the Hangout to get something to eat and listen to some music.  Sea-n-Suds restaurant is also within walking distance of this property.  There are many other restaurants to enjoy in the area too.



Complex Amenities: Lighthouse also offers two beautiful large outdoor pools and two hot tubs directly on the beach.  One of the outdoor pools is a zero entry pool which is great for little ones to splash around in.  There is also a heated indoor pool, dry sauna, fully equipped fitness room which overlooks the beach, Charcoal BBQ grills, covered entrance/lobby, covered parking, four high-speed elevators and much more!  



Parking is limited to two (2) cars per unit. You will need to visit the onsite desk at Lighthouse to purchase your parking passes. As of 3/1/24, Lighthouse charges $50* per parking pass.*This price can change at any time, without notice. NO boats, trailers, or RVs. 



No smoking allowed on balconies or at the complex*. 

*Smoking only allowed in designated areas at the Lighthouse.



*Lighthouse HOA strictly enforces minimum age of 25. They will check your ID at check-in.

Great Condo and Property Management

Had a great experience with this condo. The property management was so easy to work and communicate with. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. A lot of reviews complained of the bed being too hard but my husband and I found it perfect and slept so well! Also highly recommend renting the chairs out front. Super convenient and the chair attendants are amazing! All good things to say about this property. Will definitely book again in the future if it’s available!

Enjoyed the stay! Was clean and we had everything we needed! Loved all the space and updated bathrooms. Sliding glass door was not able to be locked, I called the company and left a message along with an email. Wasn’t an issue for us but might be for another family.

The condo was very nice with a beautiful view. I would recommend a beach cart to take your gear to the beach bc it's a long haul! Our drier did not work. Did not receive good communication from property management. I emailed, and called twice about this problem before I received any feedback. It wasn't fixed during our stay which made washing towels , etc very difficult.

Very convenient and easy booking experience. Great location to the Hangout restaurant, the Pier, the Nature Trail, parasailing, souvenir shop, etc. Doc’s Seafood & Oyster Bar “the original” in Orange Beach (10 minutes away). Highly recommend the LighthouseCondo. Only issues microwave did not work.
