The Birdie at Babcock Ranch

Would definitely recommend this property. Hosts were so accommodating and ensured we had the best stay possible. Communication was easy and the property had everything you would need for a wonderful vacation. 5 Star rental!

Exceptional Condo!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at the Green Birdie! This beautifully decorated condo had a well equipped kitchen, and the sunrise views from it were amazing! Also, our gracious host was very responsive whenever we contacted him.

Great experience

This listing was everything we had hoped for and more! We came down to BR to start our search for a retirement landing place. Tom & Cindy's condo was clean, well maintained and very accomodiating for my family. We would definately stay here again fully recommend it.

The Perfect Home Away From Home

We have nothing but positive things to say about our stay for the month. Tom was a gracious host and was always available for any questions we had. The condo was beyond our expectations. It was clean, beautifully decorated and centrally located in the middle of everything at Babcock Ranch. Every possible thing one could need was there. We would definitely stay with Tom and Cindy again should we find ourselves in Florida.

Beautiful Home and Great Location!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our month stay at The Green Birdie!! Great location for anything you want to do. Home was clean, kitchen was well equipped for all your needs, bathrooms had everything needed and homemade shower Hosts were outstanding in every way….. easy to reach and they went out of their way to make sure your every need was met. They had a personalized magazine sharing their story, their favorite restaurants, detailed information on the condo and surrounding area. We totally enjoyed Our whole experience at Babcock Ranch!! Would definitely recommend and look forward to the next time!!

Hole in One

The condo was exactly as described. It was the perfect location for our extended stay visiting family. Our host was welcoming, promptly responded to questions, and the check in & out process was easy. We really appreciated the kitchen had everything you could want for our stay. Especially appreciated were thoughtful extras like shower fizzers, natural cleaning products, and plenty of towels. We also loved the welcome packet with tips for our stay. Babcock National has first rate amenities. We also enjoyed the Babcock National town center and activities there. It was a great stay!

Home Away From Home

We have nothing but positive things to say about the Green Birdie. Tom and Cindy were great hosts and communication with them prior to checking in as well as during our stay was great. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything you could need in the kitchen. Cindy provided home made shower steamers which was a great extra touch. The condo was located within walking distance of the fitness center and pool. I would definitely recommend staying at the Green Birdie if your travels take you to Babcock Ranch!
