The whole home has been extensively renovated and designed with designer finishes throughout and is in an active community with sidewalks and tree lined streets. The office is perfect for those who work from home or have video calls to take with high speed internet while having a nice big window to the oak tree out front. The hardwoods are brand new as they were just finished in 2025. There is a fenced in yard with a privacy fence for kids/pets to play outside with privacy or run around. All appliances are new including GE cafe series kitchen appliances, new marble throughout the kitchen and backsplashes with a mini bar, coffee maker, cappuccino maker and wine cooler. New HVAC units on both floors in 2024-2025 and designer lighting throughout. Need to get to uptown? No matter what time of day, you can get to the heart of uptown Charlotte very easily in just over 20 mins via the dedicated expressway on 77, if needed, or if you want to venture out more. There are multiple parks nearby, bike trails and tons of retail amongst Cornelius, Huntersville, Davidson and Mooresville areas. Birkdale Village is also within a few miles and has regular, ongoing events.
For guests with kids, some other things to note:
-There are kids games and toys in the guest room closets
-The master has a giant closet, which perfectly fits a twin air mattress that you are welcome to use for small children, if needed (that is also located in the guest room closet).
-There is a pack n play available so you don't have to travel with one
-The pool is a short walk away, and there is a pool pass that will be provided
-There is a new park within a neighboring community that is an easy walk via sidewalks
For guests with pets:
Dogs are loved by the owners and are welcome, but please be transparent and respectful. If bringing pets, there is a pet fee for up to 2 dogs. If pets are brought and not disclosed when booking, an additional fee along with the pet fee will be charged retroactively for the additional cleaning expenses.
