Want to stay at a Norris lakefront home without a ton of stairs?

Stay at Norris Lake Front Dayz- a brand new custom-built 3500 sqft open floor plan ranch with a walk-out basement with 2 steps to enter the front door that sleeps 13 people with 4 bedrooms (one is a 2Q/2T bunk room) and a couch with a trundle and has 4 full baths (2 on the main level one of which is the primary ensuite and 2 on the lower level). Year round water at dock and paved roads to house as well as cement driveway.

The minute you walk in the front door you see the lake, AND every bedroom has a view of the lake too! The lot has a ton of character with beautiful boulders between the house and the lake and sits closer to the lake so you have more privacy and don’t look out to the neighboring homes. The same occurs when you look out over the lake you do not see any houses, you see a nature management area or boats on the water. The neighborhood is a mix of residents and rentals and is very quiet.

This property is handicapped friendly- there are no ramps but only 2 steps to get into main level of house, bath #2 on the main level has a shower seat and bath #2 and primary bath offer hand held showers. The path to the lake is accessible from the front of the house/driveway.
The town of Lafollette is approximately 30-40 minutes away and the nearest grocery store is approximately 20 minutes away. Walmart, Lowes, several grocery stores, and several gas stations are within 20-30 minutes of the house. You’re away in the quiet yet close to what you might need. You are near Deerfield, Springs and Flat Hollow Marinas. One of the lake caves is directly across the water from the house too!

NOTE:
- You will need to bring towels for the lake.
- We have several extra pillows and blankets for those who need them.
- Starlink Internet is available for you NOT GUARANTEED
-NO LAND LINE phone. Verizon cell service works the best on-site
- We provide starter amounts of dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, and trash bags
- Owners bring a dog on site when not rented so if you have someone with extreme allergies be aware
- Outdoor security cameras. No cameras inside
- You will not have access to a shed or the garage

We have been vacationing for many years in TN on Norris creating memories. When we decided to build this custom home we wanted to offer the same chance for others to make memories here too.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is a nice mix of permanent residences and rentals, there are paved roads (don't laugh not all neighborhoods have them) and a free boat ramp 1 mile from the house. Its not unusual to see neighbors waving as they drive their UTVs by the house or are walking the streets.

What makes this property unique

NO 90 degree drops down a driveway to the house here. Its gradual and you CAN walk it! Its only 12 stairs to the dock gangway too!!!
And the view- WOW!! You get to see the beauty of the Chuck Swan Wildlife Nature Preserve (TVA Land), and the breathtaking views of the lake all at the same with nothing but water, trees, and mountains in all directions. Spend your time on one of the decks relaxing and you could see a Bald Eagle fly by. At night enjoy time in the screened patio watching the colors of nature as the sun sets over the mountains.
