The home is ideal for adults, groups of friends and family with children about the age of 12. The surrounding verandas are glass-free as to take in the views in perfect form, but not for for those that are afraid of heights. While the home is fully secure, we do stand amidst the mountain and in order to enjoy our spectacular views, you must climb up a steep Ramp, there fore a 4x4 vehicle is necessary. The access to the home is comprised by a series of mid level angle ramps, making the home ideal for active adults.

We offer four pull-out ottoman-type single sofa beds with thin mattresses and a plush pillow top, ideal for teenagers, young adults, or lightweight guests. These beds provide a convenient sleeping option for extra guests in our living area or as a rollaway-bed in one of our villas.

The ottomans are movable and equipped with wheels, allowing for flexibility in placement. They are available upon request.

For additional guests beyond 10, there is a fee of $100 per guest, per night. These guests will be accommodated on the rollaway beds, which are dressed with a pillow-top feather bed, fluffy pillow, and blanket for added comfort.

To ensure a smooth setup, please advise us in advance if you require these extra beds. Housekeeping will prepare them in your preferred location prior to your arrival.
