Villa Calista is a 5 bedroom 5 1/2 bath architectural marvel designed by renowned Costa Rica architect Richard Muller.

Perched atop the highest mountain In Tamarindo overlooking Tamarindo Bay, this spectacular home features jaw-dropping views from every window.

No expense was spared in the design and decoration of the home, with premium finishes throughout.

On the main level upon entry, guests are greeted by a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area. The well-appointed gourmet kitchen is a chef’s delight and the large kitchen island serves as the social center of the home for dinner parties and cocktail hour!

A large dining table plus spacious and comfortable seating can accommodate the whole gang for movie night after a long day at the beach.

Just outside you’ll find an infinity pool and plentiful terrace areas plus covered outdoor kitchen and lounging areas. All are complemented by truly magnificent views!

Two master suites plus three guest suites all feature en-suite baths and again, amazing views of the Pacific from each one.

A comfy media room is also located on the lower floor and is the perfect spot to watch the game or catch a movie, pleasantly separated from the upstairs social areas. Kids will love this space to cool out after a long day at the beach while the adults enjoy the upstairs social time.

Located in a private/gated community the home features covered parking and easy access to everything the town has to offer while providing 24/7 security and peace of mind.
