Welcome to our inviting 4-bedroom, 4-bath townhouse, just 5 min drive from the legendary LSU stadium in Baton Rouge! Whether you're in town for a game day, exploring the vibrant LSU campus, or simply seeking a comfortable and spacious retreat in the heart of Baton Rouge, this townhouse is the perfect choice for your stay.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a modern and well-appointed living space designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The spacious living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. It's equipped with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with modern appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials you need to whip up a delicious meal.
Each bedroom offers a comfortable haven for a restful night's sleep.
Outdoor Space: Step outside to a private patio or backyard area, where you can enjoy the pleasant Baton Rouge weather and perhaps even fire up the grill for a barbecue.
The townhouse's unbeatable location makes it a dream for LSU fans and anyone looking to explore Baton Rouge. You'll be within 5 min drive to the LSU stadium, making it incredibly convenient for game days, tailgating, and soaking up the college atmosphere. Additionally, you'll have easy access to campus facilities, restaurants, and nearby attractions.

* Access & Security
Check-in Instructions will be provided on the day of arrival. This message will include property address, door code and wifi information.
The door code is provided only to the person who made the reservation. Please ensure that you share this information with the other members of your group, as we will not be able to provide it to anyone else.
For safety and to protect your reservation, only registered guests are allowed on the property.
* Parking
This property has parking for 2 vehicles inside the garage and 2 additional vehicles on driveway.
Please do not block neighboring driveways or park on the street (Per HOA regulations, cars will be towed at owner's expense).
* Deliveries
No mail or package deliveries are allowed during your stay. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered items.
* Noise & Respect for Neighbors
No loud music or disruptive noise, especially outdoors or in common areas.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and other guests.
* Smoking
No smoking of any kind or vaping inside the home. A cleaning/deodorization fee of $200 will be charged if this rule is violated.
Smoking is allowed only outside and away from doors and windows. Please do not throw cigarrete butts on ground/grass.
* Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please treat the space with care and report any damages or issues promptly so we can address them quickly. Please note that any damages inside the house, as well as any broken or lost items, will result in additional charges to cover repairs or replacements.
Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning charge .
* Guest Count
The number of guests must match your reservation. Unregistered guests are not allowed. If the number of guests is more than the ones registered, an additional fee of the maximum capacity of the house will be charged.
* Security Cameras
For safety and insurance reasons, we monitor the exterior of the property using security cameras.
For your privacy, there is absolutely no cameras inside the properties.
* Parties & Events
No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. In violation of this, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. Additionally, an extra cost of $5,000 imposed by the HOA, plus $300 for extra cleaning, will be charged.
* Pets
No pets are allowed. Violation of this will incur in an additional fee of $250.
