This house was so intimate and perfect for my family of 5. We loved the pool area and the short walk to the beach. All essentials were provided and communication with the owners was very quick and easy.

Family Trip for Spring Break

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is fabulous!! It is so close to the beach, and the pool is amazing. The unit is so welcoming, and is decorated very nicely inside. The hosts have thought of everything that you will need for the inside and outside. Indian Rocks Beach and this place are hidden gems that we highly recommend.

Perfect stay!

This was our first trip to IRB and it was perfect for our little family! Mike and Alex were great to work with and quick to answer any questions we had. The property was cozy and the host thought of all the small details for a smooth stay. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and our children enjoyed the pool and playing and the park that was within walking distance. We definitely want to visit again soon!

Great Time

We had a wonderful time at Coral Reef vacation rental. The pool and back yard were amazing. The proximity to the beach was great. Everything was as described and pictured. Alex and Mike were great hosts responding to any inquiries promptly. We would highly recommend this property.

Great for our family

We loved our stay for our family, 2 adults and 2 kids (6 y/o & 1 y/o) plus our dog. They had what we needed for the beach and pool. My kids loved having the pool steps away and only sharing with the small building. Thank you for providing things we did not want to pack/fly with: pack and play, beach toys and beach towels. It was the perfect condo for our family and trip.

Our stay at this property was great. The property looked exactly like the pictures. I loved the small details and homeyness of the place. The pool and outdoor area was awesome! Easy walk to the beach. We had some communication issues the day we arrived at the property, but everything was resolved about 15 minutes prior to check-in time. Nothing that would stop me from staying here again!

Nicely done

The overall stay was wonderful. Very clean! The remodeling is tastefully done with nice finishes & the beds were so comfortable. The pool area is really beautiful! My only complaints are, the pool heater was not working. It was fine for us, but the small children staying next door to us could not use it because of that. Also, the beach was closed... I mean fenced off as in no access for over a mile away. That of course is not the property owners fault, but a warning letting us know that, would have been nice. Otherwise, I would recommend this lovely place & we will return in the future!

We are so sorry your stay was not perfect. The pool heater did break during your stay and we had to wait a few days for a part to come in to fix it, however it is back up and running now. Also the beach entrance closet to our house was closed with no advance noticement due to emergency dune restoration, however it only lasted a few days and has now reopened. I wish you reached out during your stay as there was a beach access 4 blocks away open the whole time. We hope to have you stay again to make it up to you. We would even be willing to offer you a few free nights.
