Outside, you will find a private hot tub, a fire-pit and grill, PLUS access to the beautiful Pedernales River! Guests can swim or fish in one of Texas' most famous rivers. Plus, this beautifully appointed Texas home is less than one mile from some of Fredericksburg's best wineries! Enjoy everything wine country has to offer during your stay at Wine Down River!

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
