This waterfront townhouse community is quiet yet so close to everything you want! Dead end street, no through traffic. Updates throughout home, including new floors, impact windows, kitchen, bathrooms, paint. Large open spaces. All new beds, furniture and decor. PLEASE SEND A MESSAGE TO ME FIRST (with your travel info) BEFORE SENDING A BOOKING REQUEST The space Comfortably sleeps 8 guests. This three story 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom town home is an end unit. So much natural daylight flows into this home boasting a casual beach vibe. Nine-foot ceilings add to the spacious rooms. All new hurricane impact windows make a huge difference in noise reduction from outside sources. This home is spread out on 3 levels. Great for multi generation visitors. The first floor has a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The large open Bayfront room is set up with a queen bed in one area, and relaxing living-room in another section. Rounding out the space is a small dining area and snack station complete with fridge with freezer and coffee maker.
The 2nd floor is the main living space consisting of the Kitchen, Dining, Living Room, a Full Guest bath and Guest Bedroom with Queen size bed and TV. This relaxed coastal designed space will be a favorite area. The 12-foot wide slider and window have remote controlled shades.
The top floor has the washer and dryer in the spacious hallway area. The 2 bedrooms, both ensuites featuring new King size beds, and TVs and furniture. And a bonus, they are at opposite ends of the house for privacy. The primary suite boasts water views, window seat, desk area and private balcony and remote-controlled shade. The other king suite also has a desk and chair, along with a chaise. Guest access This home has a concrete driveway that can fit 2+ cars. Guests will have use of the garage too. Great for all your beach toys, kayak or paddleboard. This home has central vacuum system and a brand new water softener system. The Bayfront community property is professionally landscaped and has a beautiful grass area all along the waterfront for the community to enjoy. The concrete seawall has an area to lower kayaks and paddleboards. At the end of the grass there is also a small beach area that is easy to get kayaks in and out of. Other things to note This home is governed by HOA regulations and must meet their guidelines, including a contract for a minimum 90-night lease (the booking reservation fulfills this requirement). All potential guests must complete an application to be approved by HOA. $50 non-refundable application fee paid to the HOA. Guests will submit that along with application directly to the HOA property management. Please allow enough time from request to check-in date to get application approved. This process is easy and routine but does require time (generally 10-14 days) for background check and HOA approval. Your dates will be reserved for you during this time, so no need to worry. Bay Dream Believer will be on hold for you!
