The condo smelled clean and fresh when we entered it. Our eyes were drawn to the sliding glass doors because the view of the ocean was breathtaking. Jade green water gradually turned to a beautiful blue ocean. The sand was powdery white. The kitchen was clean and included a nice size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, and tea kettle. Many pots, pans, and utensils to cook with. I want to mention that there were two beautiful grills that were available outside of the pool for a cookout.The bedrooms were clean and neat. As well as the bathrooms. The master bath had a very large tub that was great for baths.The balconies were nice. They both had outdoor furniture. We enjoyed sitting on them in the morning and evening.We never had trouble finding space in the covered part of the parking lot. There was always spots available.The pool was very nice. Easy to get In and out with a ramp/zero entry. It also had 4 loungers In the pool. The hot tub was right next to the pool. Both the pool and hot tub were cleaned daily. The pool deck, loungers, tables, and chairs were always clean. Easy access to the beach. Although If you or someone In your group has mobility Issues It may be difficult. All resort staff were friendly and helpful. We never had a negative encounter with anyone. It was also nice to be able to have the option to use the tram to go different places.We would definitely recommend staying at this resort. We were there In August of 2026.

Home away from home

Great view, easy access to the beach. Happy about the beach accessories (umbrella, chairs, boogie board, etc..). Love the area in general.

Beautiful property.

Condo was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking whatever we wanted to cook. Would have liked to have had salt and pepper though but we managed without.

We all slept comfortably. We loved the balcony! The best part was walking out of the building right to the beach. I would highly recommend!

Great Stay

Pool on Beachside II was closed/under construction. Elevators were freq. occupied and took a long time, and the location directions were not as clear. However, being on the beach tips the scale to outweigh all of that.The ice machine (for purchase) was a really nice feature.

We stay in SanDestin every year due to the beautiful beach, property and proximity to some of our favorite restaurants. Gibson Vacation rentals is very easy to work with, especially the immediate responses to any questions we might have. Definitely recommend!

One suggestion I would make is for Gibson to give more information about Sandestin and activities it offers. We had never been there and it took some time to figure the resort out.

I would suggest replacing the rug in the living room and the chairs in the living room! The master bathroom toilet needs repair, it keeps running after you flush unless you lift the handle each time you use it. Overall we had a great time!

Great View!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd condo to rent in this building. We loved the view from the 13th floor and the private balcony. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. However, this condo could use some updating especially for the price we paid. The beach umbrella offered little to no shade, one beach chair is worn out and the other one broke - we happened to find a chair someone was leaving behind and replaced it. Bring your own blow dryer because the one in the condo barely works.

It served a purpose

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and overall property. Good size unit with great views but it's time for some substantial updates. Need to upgrade the kitchen, baster bath, remove carpet, improve furniture, drapes and replace small appliances. Kitchenware wasn't the best but enough to get by. Main TV was nice but super difficult to get to regular cable service, instructions were lacking. The grounds and property were nice, clean, and somewhat updated.

Wonderful, comfortable Condo

We had such an amazing time while visiting the Emerald Coast. The condo was very comfortable and had almost everything we needed. The pool was great after a fun day at the beach and the kids loved that it was 91/2 feet deep at the deep end! The walk to the beach was so easy just make sure to get down there early to get a spot, during peak seasons at least. Unless you rent a chair and umbrella which can get pricey. This condo is very close to the central elevators which was nice. All in all I would totally recommend this condo and we would 100% stay there again. Side note: the bath towel supply was not quite adequate for 6 people in our opinion but we had 4 girls who needed a body and hair towel but we made it work. Also there was not a blanket for the trundle in the second bedroom but we brought out travel blankets so it worked out.
