About this property

Your family will enjoy this private house close to everything when you stay at this central location with easy access to NYC via the train only a few blocks away. Plus as a Thank You we offer a food voucher to our guests. The express bus is a convenient mode of transportation to NYC or you may use the local train (walking distance) to NYC oe Hoboken, NJ for city views. Enjoy this two bedroom home with a front porch, private enclosed sunroom, backyard, full dinning room and kitchen as well as ease of parking. Each room is equipped with a Roku TV, beds and extra bed space. Free wifi. Come and enjoy your stay. Beautiful parks and restaraunts within walking distance.
First level, upon entry, includes a large living room with a coat closet and an open concept to a dinning room and kitchen with an additional private enclosed sunroom to the rear with access to the backyard and exercise equipment.

Second floor includes a master bedroom with one king bed. Second bedroom includes three single beds. One bathroom on upper level.

Additional sleeping arrangements:

One foldable camping twin sized/bed chair

Sofa is not to be utilized for sleeping arrangements. Extra flat sheets available to cover sofa if it is absolutely necessary.

Nice place to stay

The owner let us leave our suitcases in the apartment before our stay so we could fly to Florida with a few bags only. That was highly appreciated. Easy access to the Light Train (tram).
