Peaceful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner unit on the third floor of South Harbour (sleeps 6). Large balcony overlooking Little Sabine Bay. Located in the heart of Pensacola Beach and within a 5 minute walk to the main beach, pier, restaurants, bars, fishing and shopping. In a secure, gated community with free parking and right across from the beach ball. Park and don't drive 'til you leave!

Open-concept living space and an incredible view of Little Sabine Bay. Oversized patio with 2 comfy lounge chairs and a tall table with 4 chairs to enjoy the incredible sunsets!
Enjoy your coffee in the morning and wine in the evening.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishware, and silverware. Basic cooking supplies are provided, including cooking oils, salt, pepper, and spices.
Kitchen has a coffee pot, instant pot, blender, toaster and dishwasher.

King-sized bed in the master bedroom with an attached bathroom and jacuzzi-style bathtub.
Second bedroom has bunk beds with a trundle bed. That means there are 3 mattresses in this room! (2 full beds and 1 twin bed)
There is a guest bathroom adjacent to the second bedroom with a shower.

Fresh linens, towels, beach towels and extra blankets are supplied.

Family friendly condo with pack 'n play, high chair, baby monitor, kids dishware, toys, and games.

We had the most perfect stay at this condo on Pensacola Beach! From the very beginning, Lisa’s communication was outstanding. Very prompt, friendly, and always so helpful. The location truly can’t be beat. We were able to easily walk to restaurants, shops, the beach, and the bay without ever needing to get in the car. We’ve stayed in several condos at South Harbor over the years, and this was our first time in this particular unit. It exceeded our expectations. The sunsets from the condo were absolutely spectacular. We looked forward to them every evening.What really set this stay apart, though, were all the thoughtful little extras Lisa provided. She had essentials on hand that most guests don’t even realize they might forget. Things like a toothbrush, Q-tips, suntan lotion, makeup remover wipes, shampoo and conditioner, paper towels, dish soap, and more. It made settling in so easy and comfortable. She even left a bottle of wine and snacks on the counter, which was such a sweet and welcoming touch.On top of that, she had beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, games, and books available for guests to use. It really made our beach days effortless and fun without having to pack or buy anything extra.This was truly one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t thank Lisa enough for her hospitality and will absolutely be returning!

Great place

Very clean, great location and a spectacular view of the sunset in the evenings, lisa puts a great touch being a host, anything you might have left at home she has it for you. Everything from little snacks to shaving cream and toothpaste, everything is in walking distance, you really can’t ask for anymore from a property while on vacation, I would absolutely go back.

Perfect location!

Beautiful condo with great views on both sides! Location was amazing with only a walk to all the fun stuff. Lisa is an amazing host and all the extra touches (she left a ballon and cupcakes for my son’s bday) were amazing! She literally thought of everything! Looking forward to planning another stay when the weather is better ☺️

Great experience

My two sisters and I had a blast. The condo was top notch. Clean, spacious and centrally located. Near shopping, the beach and lots of great casual dining. The biggest plus is the extraordinary view from the balcony. We spent hours there enjoying the views I would highly recommend renting this space. It doesn’t get much better.

Amazing stay

Our condo was even more wonderful than the pictures described. Our host Lisa went over and above to make sure our stay was memorable. She provided beach essentials (wagon, umbrella, toys, bags, towels) to allow us to have a grand time at the beaches. The beaches were so amazing. The condo was spotless. The corner unit had amazing views. The pool was great. The condo was centrally located to all the action on the island. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic property and location

We give this property a very high recommendation. We have stayed in many rental properties but this owner spent time with extra details to make our stay very comfortable and welcoming. There were honestly only a couple things we wished were included and only because the owner had everything else already there but they weren't anything we expected (a beach bag and beach chairs). Location is walking distance to beach and any type of food you would desire. The secure parking and building was a very nice feature. Sunsets from the balcony were spectacular! The building is quiet. We didn't use the pool but we only heard it being used once during our entire stay. There are games, cards, and puzzles. The empty bottles for beach sand were something I hadn't thought to do and were an appreciated touch. There were even stamped postcards! Check-out instructions were the easiest of anywhere we've stayed! We recommend catching the Blue Angels practice if they are in town. Otherwise the Naval Aviation Museum is free and full of wonderful history. Our son is attending NAS for USCG Flight School so we will definitely be back over the next two years and will hope to stay at this property again. Thank you Lisa!

Best experience, ever!

We had hands down one of the best experiences on a trip, ever. Lisa from the start was amazing with communication. She helped every step of the way. We used the condo to help us prepare for an upcoming wedding. Lisa was so helpful and great with giving us tips or recommendations! The condo was STOCKED. The attention to detail was AMAZING! Lisa has thought of everything. Chairs, umbrella, cart, bags, towels! Any games you could want. She even had complementary snacks, drinks, toiletries, hair dryers, curling irons, and much more. The condo was beautiful, bright, and clean. Kitchen is stocked with every item you could need. The balcony was super comfortable and location for sunset is 10/10. The weather was super windy and rough while we were there but thankfully due to the location of the condo the bayside was protected and we still were able to enjoy sitting out on the small beach. The pool looked awesome although we did not take advantage. Condo location is 10/10. Can walk to everything within 5-10 minutes! We cannot wait to return. Lisa - you made our stay amazing & we cannot say enough great things. Thank you!

I'm originally from Colorado and have been living in Atlanta for the past 5 years. I'm moving down to Pensacola with my husband and son to be closer to family and enjoy the beach some more! I have been helping my mom co-host a location in her hometown and fell in love with hosting.
I particularly like adding small details to the property to make it feel more like home while you're on vacation. I also like incorporating ways to take home some souvenirs without too much added effort on the part of the guests. It's called vacation for a reason!

Why they chose this property

I L.O.V.E. this part of Pensacola Beach. Right across from the beach ball, the pier, Casino Beach. And also across the street from the boardwalk with shopping, restaurants, bars. Anything you could want is within a 5 minute walk from this condo. You park your car and don't get back in it until you leave. Could it get any better? I don't think so.

What makes this property unique

This condo is unique for several reasons. It is close enough to the ground that you feel like you're on the water with the docked boats. It's a cozy feeling. You also have the most amazing view of the sunsets with the oversized balcony overlooking the bay. You will frequently see pelicans and seagulls flying by.

I am very passionate about providing a "homey" experience while on vacation. I supply items in the bathroom that you might need if you forgot to pack them. The kitchen is stocked with spices, salt and pepper, olive oil and vinegar, cooking spray and butter in case you would like to cook. I also leave some snacks too in case you just need a little pick-me-up to stretch you 'til dinner.
