Perfect for hosting a large family with a spacious kitchen that overlooks the entire home. The oversized Laundry room has a washer/dryer, and can easily be used for extra storage space. Centrally located near all the fabulous shops, restaurants, spas, hiking trails, night life and so much more!

We were in town for the Cattlemen's Congress hosted at the OKC Fairgrounds. The house was quiet, appealing, and had all necessary amenities! We would definitely stay again!

This place was great. The host responded quickly when we had a question. The only thing that we noticed is that the bathroom sink wouldn't drain.Thanks for the wonderful place. It was perfect for our group.

Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-appointed, and the interior of the house was clean and as pictured. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there was a trash can in the parking area that had been tipped over with quite a bit of trash spread on the ground including some pieces of broken glass that may or may not have been there previously. The neighborhood, more generally, is not the best. It was EXTREMELY hot during our stay and what wasn't apparent from the listing is that there was no central A/C. A newer outdoor HVAC unit did not work. Instead, there were window A/C units in each bedroom and a single floor unit in the living area. The bedroom units were effective as long as they were turned up to max with the doors kept closed. The unit in the living area struggled to keep up, even overnight. One major inconvenience: the refrigerator was not working. We'd placed a grocery order in advance, to be delivered about 2 hours after arrival, at which time we realized that the fridge and freezer were not cold. The host was apologetic and said that a maintenance company would be out the next day. But in the end, we had to throw away frozen and perishable items from our grocery order, as well as left-overs from that night's Doordash delivery. (To their credit, the maintenance company did come the next day and ended up replacing the fridge.)The host was pleasant and helpful, but we won't stay here again if other options are available.

The house was clean but the 1st thing we saw was 3 space heaters trying to warm the house. Two days later maintence comes unannounced to look at the furnace and apparently that is the only thing that was done with heat. It was 61 degrees inside when we woke up the next day. It was 27 degrees outside.

The host communicated well. However, the house was not in a great neighborhood. The inside was fine. The host said that soap and shampoo was provided, but they were travel size and some were unmarked. There was not enough for our family.

The house was clean and conveniently located however there is an underlying smell of smoke inside, the house is also older (built in 1920’s) and therefore does not have up to date central air. They did have air conditioners (like wall units) in each bedroom. Also, the dryer was not working and the ice maker in the fridge doesn’t work. Just some things we think would be beneficial for guests to know.
