Low Summer Rates!! Waterfront Retreat - Salt water pool and deck fully screened

This spectacular home is located on a wide waterfront. The views are breathtaking! The home itself is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The open kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook up your favorite meals at home. The deck is the perfect place to soak up the sun, swim in the heated salt water pool under a fully screened Lanai. Launch one of our 2 kayaks from our private dock. A nice stock of pool toys and some deck games will be there for you, as well as a Foosball table in the game room. We have 4 adult Bikes and 1 child bike for you to ride. Watch your favorite apps or basic cable on the brand new smart 75” TV in the living room. Centrally located to downtown Ft Myers and Cape Coral. Most family dogs are welcome with approval. Just let me know the breed and size prior to making your reservation.
