Completely private loft-style back unit of house (separated from front unit by interior locked door) with large, shared fenced backyard.

3 things guests love: central location w/ quick drive to all of Charleston, renovated interior, quaint cottage-theme.
2 cons: our working class neighborhood is on the edge of rapid revitalization & not very walkable to attractions.
THE UNIT: This unit is loft-style. The bathroom is located on the first floor, which opens up directly to the stairs, leading to the open living / bedroom space.
• Pets: Pet fee applied when pets added to reservation.
• Parking: Gravel driveway shared (2 spots total)
• Self-service check-in via a lockbox code.
• Smart TV: use your own favorite log-ins

Recommended bringing your own additional if staying with us longer than a few days.
