Centrally located in the heart of the historic Baker neighborhood, this charming 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom, Victorian home is sure to accommodate! Old-world charm meets modern convenience with beautiful custom wood working, intricate detailing throughout, and a gorgeously updated kitchen. The renovated kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, Italian granite, and is fully stocked for your stay. Just two blocks from the shops and restaurants of South Broadway, walk to downtown, quick access to I-25.

The fully stocked kitchen has a drip coffee maker, gas range, microwave, toaster, fridge, cookware, and silverware. It is equipped with important amenities and supplies for cooking to be a breeze! The formal living room has floor-to-ceiling wooden, built-in shelving which warms up the space. It is the perfect place to curl up with a book and relax. The additional living room has a pull-out sofa. In the same room, you'll find a smart TV to stream your favorite movies and shows!

On the second floor, you will find all the bedrooms, the two full bathrooms, and a private office with basic supplies. The office is the perfect space to catch up on work or study. There is a clothes washer and dryer on the main floor for you to always have clean and fresh clothes during your stay.

The fenced backyard is perfect for your dog(s) to run around and play! If you want to join them outside, take a seat around the firepit. You will find the backyard to be an outdoor oasis with comfortable seating around the fire pit and a porch swing.

Guests will have access to the entire house except the basement.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

The fireplace in the formal living room is no longer operational.

Please note if you are planning to bring a car, there is 2 hour parking only and you will need to move your car accordingly. This home is walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops and ubers are very easy to come by.
