Want to feel at home, but get away to a beautiful Florida vacation? This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room for 8, kitchen, laundry. Sleeps up to 6 people.
Stay and relax with a cup of coffee overlooking our lake. BBQ and have sundowners in the screened in patio. Dine Al fresco every night! Great community pool & kids' playground just a 5-minute walk away. Great shopping and dining downtown in Historic Melbourne. Just a 30-minute drive to beautiful Melbourne & Indialantic Beaches. Plenty of great recreational opportunities nearby. Turkey Creek Sanctuary, Boat, Canoe and Kayak Rentals, great fishing, nearby golf. Take a day long adventure 60 minutes to Orlando's Disney World, Universal Studios, & Epcot. 45 minutes to Kenney Space Center, 30 minutes to Camp Holly for airboat rides and to Brevard Zoo. Stress free and minimal traffic!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

Beautiful well cared for home with thoughtful owners.The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe for walking Pool is nearby.Mattress was very comfortable kitchen well stocked. Host even provided eggs & coffee to start your stay. Multiple restaurants & shopping nearby .We are Looking forward to our return next year!

The home is in great condition and it is in a quiet HOA. We stayed for 6 weeks while we shopped for our new home in the area. Everything was wonderful! Our only complaint was that we did not have use of the garage to store our things while we transitioned to our new home. We found a storage facility nearby so it wasnt a big deal. We just wish that it was mentioned on the listing prior to our arrival. In our case, it would have saved us a bit of stress.All in all...it was great! We would not hesitate to recommend the home to others.

Outstanding Florida Living

This was an outstanding rental. It's a beautiful, newer home that's a great place for a relaxing Florida vacation. It's in a very nice, gated community and the home has a comfortable, covered patio with a pond view.It's very clean. This is the first Vrbo rental for which I haven't had to do some of my own cleaning to get settled in. The host, Juanita, also graciously shares her kitchen cabinet supplies (spices, coffee, cookware). She has everything you need. She was also immediately responsive when I had a question.This home is perfect for someone who wants to do some Florida winter living. Many attractions and acitivites are within an hour's drive (Cocoa Beach, Cocoa Village, Downtown Melbourne {very good}, Melbourne Island, and Sebastian). the Kennedy Space Center is about an hour drive.We truly enjoyed our stay here.
