Stylish 3bd apartment by Delaware Park and Museums

Large, tastefully renovated 3-bedroom apartment (1300sf) with hardwood floors on a quiet street. Steps from Buffalo's cultural hub (Delaware Park/Hoyt Lake, AKG + Burchfield Penney Art Museums, History Museum, Buff State campus). Walkable to Elmwood Village and Chandler St entertainment district.

65-in Roku 4k TV, high-speed internet, fully-stocked kitchen, free laundry & free on-street parking. Equally suited for relaxing evenings in or going out and exploring the bars, craft-breweries, and delicious restaurants close by.

Located on the first floor of a two-story building. My wife and I live upstairs.

Three standard bedrooms with full bed, closet, dresser and nightstand, suitcase stand, dimmable lighting, and full body mirror.

Kitchen includes standard items (full refrigerator, oven/range, plates, mugs, wine and water glasses, pots and pans, silverware), plus dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, blender/smoothie maker, and breakfast bar with a built-in charging station.

Portable crib / playpen and steam iron and ironing board are also provided.

Designated washer and dryer for guests are located in the basement.

Off-street parking in the driveway with space for two cars.

You are welcome to enjoy the comfortable front porch and beautiful backyard garden.

Please note: though this is a first floor apartment, there are six steps from the ground up to the front porch / front door.

We stayed 2 nights. We were there visiting our daughter who goes to UB. The place was clean, well furnished and the beds were comfy. It was nice to have off-street parking and Sam the owner was very nice. I would stay there again.

Great place to enjoy Buffalo

This is a great place to stay if you are in the Buffalo area. The house is lovely, very clean, spacious, and well appointed. It’s centrally located and very easy to get to a lot of attractions in Buffalo. The hosts are very easy to reach and helpful.

We loved our stay at Sam's place. The home comes with all the charm you would expect from an older home and the wood details are beautiful. I don't cook on vacations but the kitchen has everything you would need if you do. It is within walking distance of multiple museums and a quick drive to other museums and attractuons. It was also very easy to get to Niagara Falls.

The house was quite large and spacious. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was adequate. Location was great - within walking distance of the Buffalo AKG Museum and easy drive to downtown Buffalo.

Buffalo visit

Wonderful property. We felt comfortable and at home while we visited family in the area and toured some of Buffalo/Niagara sights. Wegmans close by for groceries and a great kitchen. Very comfortable and it was bonus to get a bit of laundry done. We loved our stay. Sam was very hospitable. Thank you!

Great Access to Buffalo/ Allentown

Great location for Buffalo Arts district

Great location to stay if you plan for activities in the Buffalo arts district and beyond. Delaware Park is within walking distance and AKG just across the river. A short drive down Elmwood there are lots of restaurants and shops. There is a Wegman’s right around the corner if you need any groceries. And the freeway is just around the corner providing quick access to everything else Buffalo has to offer.
