Super clean, great location, less than 5 min walk to beach and multiple restaurants. Neighborhood is mainly very upscale single family townhouses and individual homes; great walking, very secure.

Great stay, our host was super attentive and communicative. House was super clean, beds/bedding comfy, AC efficient after a hot day on the beach. The location is perfect a block walk to Atlantic Ave and maybe 5 mins to the beach. Thank you!!

The Villa is so cute and perfect walking distance to everything in Del Ray! We honestly didn’t even need the rental car. There was plenty of closet space, great shower pressure, and all the right touches. Also- bonus surprise when I found beach chairs for my walks to the beach! Highly recommend and will be back !

We stayed in an upstairs villa. Washer a dryer is in the hallway. No big deal, but you'll need to make sure you time your wash and dry. Can't start a load and then leave. If the guests in other villas are loud, you can hear them. Great location! Averaged 20k steps a day! Did I mention great location? Very spacious villa too! Will definitely stay again!

Great Delray Beach option!

Our family of four recently stayed at Villa Nicole. The listing details and photos were very accurate and the unit was very clean and well-appointed. We had a small issue with the AC, which the property manager addressed immediately. Property management communication was very good. We highly recommend Villa Nicole.
